WOW… Yet another problem with yet another Pizza Hut location, do any of these«goofs» have a clue of how to actually operate a restaurant? Last week’s problem: I ordered my meal online at 4:25pm, the weather was a bit raining and it was a Wednesday; therefore it certainly was not a particularly heavy weekend with orders as they should have adequate staffing to handle the a weekday afternoon pre-dinner rush. Anyway, I navigate their poorly designed website, and finally get my ordered placed, and add a $ 3.002-liter(some convenience store cost there!), but I digress. My order was stated to be ready & delivered in 40 – 50 minutes, well that did not happen. If an order is going to be more than 10 minutes late, the store should call to notify the customer so that they can be aware of what is going on with their order. You know that if the restaurant needed to get ahold of you because your credit card was declined, they would be calling and burning up your telephone line, but somehow when it comes time provide proper customer service they lose their damn telephone number! Next part of the saga: the crappy order was delivered, and it was a total of 75 minutes from the order time, that is ridiculous since I was quoted 40 – 50 minutes. Again, if it was going to be that late then they should have called me, therefore my work colleague that was working with me at my home office had to eat a snack while waiting for our dinner to arrive. So in summary, that makes this order a grand total of 25 to 35 minutes past the delivery window, that is just unacceptable… although a courtesy call to let me know would have went a long way with me as I am a reasonable person and understand that things do not always go according to plan BUT when I called them to notify of the extremely late delivery I got resistance… then the manager is too stupid to operate a telephone and ends up hitting buttons and creating a ton of noise in my ear then the call gets disconnected. Then I call right back, but I am supposed to wait again until someone is free, screw you as I have already done MYWAITINGTIME! My TWO other encounters were with 2 separate restaurants screwing up my meals when dining in at their locations, call it bad luck… I call it a crappy company from one end to the other! When visiting two locations, I had to deal with idiot employees not placing our orders properly, and in one of the instances they did not put my order in at all. Meaning that when dining with my partner they brought their meal out to the table, but did not prepare mine ATALL, let’s just say this is ludicrous to say the least. That completely ruined our time-out, obviously. The other situation was when the idiots brought different parts of the meal to the table, such as my main course but the other person’s appetizer only. Again, this is not the way to operate a restaurant, you DONOT bring any appetizers to the table until everyone’s plates are ready, and again for the main course, you never ever bring one main course out unless all plates are ready. Otherwise you make your guests feel uncomfortable eating their food at different times than the people that they are dining with, and that is NEVER a good thing to create an environment where you make your guests feel ill at ease due to your TOTAL company’s incompetence!!! I have since deleted this worthless company from my iPhone address book and will never call again, but have contacted my bank to dispute the charge as I tried in good faith to do my part; I ordered the food, waited way more time than necessary, overpaid, and when I was unhappy with the order I tried to contact the restaurant but Pizza Hut made it impossible to get any resolution to the situation. That is their problem, that is why I have zero issue with posting here to slam them about their bad product and even crappier customer service. I will make it known about my personal encounters with Pizza Hut with anyone that brings them up. I should have known to stick with Domino’s, they are not perfect but they have never screwed like Pizza Hut has on so many occasions…

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and two orders of bread sticks for delivery. I live about 7 minutes away. The good– The pizza showed up and is what I ordered The bad — It showed up about 35 minutes late. Ordered at 6:15, was supposed to arrive at 7:11, didn’t show up till 7:45. When I called at 7:20, I had to call twice before someone picked up the phone. They told me the delivery person left about 15min ago. At that point it was late before it left the restaurant. By the time it got to me, it had been sitting in the car for around 30min and was just slightly over room temperature. Now I have to put the pizza in the oven to hear it back up. In this amount of time I could have made dough, made sauce and make my own pizza and bread sticks.

Placed an order online and receipt email stated pizza would be delivered at 7pm which was an hour from when order was placed. Called them at 7:15 and asked them status of delivery. First, they gave me a very vague answer and then they finally admitted it could be 35 more minutes or longer. Two hours for a delivery that was supposed to take one???

Stayed near this location in a hotel and wanted some pizza for dinner. I was pleased to see they have a skinny crust(not thin) which involves less calories and carbs. I ate almost the whole pizza so that probably went out the window in terms of health. It was a good pizza and quickly ready for pickup. The staff was friendly and got the order right. No complaints.

I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut since forever but yesterday really made me question if people really care about good customer service. So after a night of trick or treating with the kids we decided to stop at the Hut. To our surprise it was completely empty. We walked up to the booth and we waited to be seated. Almost every employee in the back looked at us and some even walked by us. No one asked if we needed help. After just standing there having to entertain ourselves we heard a conversation that was definitely not appropriate. One of the employees stated loud enough for everyone to hear«I dont know what the hell the big freakin’ deal is, people get on my damn nerves». WOW. Thinking someone would tell the person to calm down, we heard a roar of laughter instead. Ok… So after waiting 15 minutes the women at the counter looked at us and said very nonchalantly«Picking up or dining in». I told her that we wanted to dine in. She yelled out«dining in needs help». Our waiter came from the back and greeted us. I noticed he had actually walked by us twice, why he didn’t ask us if we needed help was beyond me. He walked us through the dining area, which was a mess by the way, and sat us at a booth. Now for the place being empty the dining area was a reck. There were piles of trash on the floor, a broom and dust mop leaning on a table and dirty tables that didnt get cleared away. Yuck… I complained to my husband who in turn asked the waiter if he could clear the trash from around our table. The waiter agreed. We ordered one stuffed crust, one medium pepperoni, buffalo wings and honey BBQ wings and cinna sticks. When our food was brought out, which was pretty fast, we began to eat. The food was hot and delicious. The pizzas were perfectly cooked the wings great. Now my little one doesn’t eat buffalo wings which is why we ordered the honey bbq. We didnt realize that they brought us 2 orders of buffalo until she complained about her mouth burning. We sent the order back and the waiter put in a new order for the BBQ which was cool. After we were full I noticed we never received our wings… I asked the waiter and apparently they were given to a carryout person by mistake and had to be made all over agian.. I canceled the wings and we paid and left. I give this place 2 stars ONLY for the great food but the customer service here is horrible and the cleaness is highly questionable. I figure this place is a hit or miss which is never a good thing.

Ok I dont know what happened, maybe its the new pizza choices, but now I am in love with pizza hut pizza. Specifically the pan pizza, with extra cheese, new fresh tomato sauce, and new fiery red pepper oil on the crust. I think I can have it every day.

Placed an order online to pick up my order. When I arrived, my order was ready and the clerk showed me my order to make sure it was correct. The store itself is just a delivery/take-out store and seems old, but there is plenty of parking available in the shopping center lot.

Delicious and great experience. I ordered the meat lovers pizza with pretzel crust for takeout. I was told my total on the phone by the guy taking my order which was nice. I was quoted 15 min and when I arrived 12 min later my pizza was ready and fresh! Service was friendly. The pretzel crust is DELICIOUS! Side note: this place only does delivery and take out. No eating in. Other side note: it is behind the KFC and Taco Bell you see from the road, in the back, with the red writing on the front. I had trouble finding it, but it’s next to a similarly under-labeled Burger King and Dunkin donuts!

Did a phone order and asked if we could get the online deal that’s $ 6.99 but the person on the phone said that deal wasn’t available but we could do 2 medium pizzas for $ 6.99. What they didn’t clarify was that it was $ 6.99 each. So we ordered four medium pizzas and the total was about $ 30. Confused we asked for the manager. The manager was very rude the entire time and had the audacity to say«do you know math»? Instead of clarifying the situation. Terrible customer service and I’m very surprised to have experienced such an offensive situation in any establishment in Columbia. I will never return to this Pizza Hut. So sad. Also how do you run out of large pizzas???

Perfect pizza here! The pan pizza I ordered today was simply the best one I had in my life! Carryout/Delivery Store. Lots of employees here! Definitely recommend it and will come back!

Ok, so this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this particular Pizza Hut, they have been wrong on many many orders, have been incredibly rude and uncooperative(A manager once refused to tell me his name claiming it was against policy to give out his name). Today however we ordered a Pizza with only 2 toppings, beef and mushrooms. Not hard right? Well the Pizza showed up with 10 pieces of beef(yes I could count them) on the whole pizza and no mushrooms. So we called and spoke to the manager, and after he ascertained that we did not eat any of the pizza he offered to send another one. When this one showed up it was 90% mushrooms and again almost zero beef. They also took our old pizza in case we were trying to dupe them, because you know we like to run pizza scams. At this point i’m not sure what to do, I definitely do not want to call and argue with incompetent people anymore let alone wait for another pizza. Angry emails and comments have been sent to corporate and I might actually call later. Again I would not be upset if this was an isolated incident for this location, but this place ALWAYS gets it wrong, and I mean over the course of many many years, as I’ve lived in the area for a long time. When will I learn my lesson?

I will start out by saying the pizza was hot and delicious. Unfortunately that is where the positive ends. There was only one server that was handling both the dining room and the delivery/pick-up service. Only after about an hour did another employee come off of a break and help out. I would keep to the pick-up/delivery service if you are visiting this location.

Been here a few times, the location seems to be going more and more downhill. The most recent time I went was during lunch, there was only one other table in the entire restaurant. A few of the tables looked dirty, and there seemed to be only one server for the entire restaurant, but the food was good. I think going right next door to the take out side of Pizza Hut would be a better idea.

This is my local Pizza Hut only ½ mile from my house. I placed an online order and it said my 1 large pizza would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. When I arrived 45 minutes later they said it was not ready and would be another 10 minutes. I waited in my car for 10 minutes and went back in. It was still not ready. They hadn’t even started to make it as I asked if it was already in the oven. They then told me it could be anywhere from 20 – 30 minutes more. The store manager was the one cutting and boxing the pizzas as the rest of he other 6 or 7 staff members seamed to be very disorganized. I asked the manager if he could expedite my order since I had already been waiting 20 additional minutes after my online order was supposed to be done. This is now 1 hour and 5 min after I had placed the order. He flat out told me no. I saw a large pepperoni pizza sitting under the heat lamp for over 5 minutes and asked if I could just have that one and he he said no. This manager should be fired immediately for poor customer service and the inability to properly manage a staff. I haven’t been back since. Too bad b/c I like pizza hut pizza. I have since switched to Voccelli’s which has excellent service and tasty pizza

Eh. In general Pizza Hut has been more and more disappointing everytime we go. We are typical family guests, the kind which one imagines Pizza Hut caters to. This particular PH is in serious need of some adult supervision. We waited 10 minutes for a table at the«Please wait to be seated sign» — there were 4 tables taken, the rest empty. We waited 10 minutes for waiter. We ordered immediately, and waited at least 30 minutes for the pizza. We asked for flatware and plates and waited at least 5 minutes watching the pizza cool off. The whole time, the restaurant of 5 tables was being served by 4 waiters/waitresses, all of whom spent most of their time in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, we mostly listened to loud-volume discussion consisting of inappropriate language, including of course the F word. We waited another 15 minutes for the bill. Fail.

Standard chain pizza hut pizza. The only reason I’m doing a review is because the service at this particular location for lunch is very good. There’s a server by the name of Adelaide(sp?) and she does a wonderful job. She’s usually the only person working the dining area and she manages it with ease. We go here for the lunch buffet($ 6.99 all you can eat pizza… heck yeah!). She remembers our faces and always has our drinks and soups at the table before we sit down after getting our first plates at the buffet. She’s quick with the refills and always has the next one on the table before the current one is empty. We have to tell her we don’t want another drink because she’s so quick. The only thing is sometimes on the buffet, the pizza variety is lacking. They don’t really time it so that there is always pizza on the buffet. Sometimes it will be down to 1 or 2 pizza’s and a few breadsticks. But they are fast to fill it back up and will usually make whatever pizza you want. For $ 10 you can be full on pizza, pasta, breadsticks, soup & salad in under 40 minutes of time. All with a nice, fast server. I don’t get delivery/takeout from this location that much, maybe 5 times. Twice they messed up the order(1 carryout 1 delivery). In fact, the carry out order they actually messed it up twice. But both times I received a refund for my order, my correct pizza, and got to keep the wrong one too.
