Never have gotten a bad meal! Love the chili cheeseburgers and chocolate milkshakes! I’ve moved to kentucky but love coming back and eating there just about every day I come back. My wife loves the chili cheese dogs! Wish they would branch out to other states!

I was at the Broad River Road location this evening at 8pm when two male employees were behind the counter. One male employee began hitting the other employee in the face repeatedly. I called the police to report the assault and notified the manager I had done so. She told me she was handling the situation and that I should not have done that. She would not give me her name and said she would not be talking to the police. The police did come, she did speak to them after she saw them talking with me. She came over and interrupted to let them know she had «handed» it. I hope this establishment realizes the severity of this situation and apathy/​disrespect the manager showed a customer trying to do the right thing by reporting an assault.

We make it a point to visit this place when in the area (2 times per month). Burgers are excellent. The employees are friendly and the place is always clean.

She said…“I would give this place 5 stars, but I’m not in love with their burgers, they are good… but I would choose sonic burgers over this place. However, this place has really good chocolate milkshakes, like really good! Creamy, thick, chocolate-​y. The fries are really good too, they taste like the old fashioned fries that Wendy’s used to have. Wish we had a rush’s closer to home.”
He said…“Hmmm…their burger basket is so good… and their chocolate shakes are the best in town. They have only a handful of locations throughout the Columbia metro area, if you want to call it metro. They are very old-​fashioned and use the microphone speaker for the line cooks to prepare the food. This place is really good and beats the Wendy’s next door.”

Fabulous food… fast!
There’s not much to choose from on the menu, but maybe that’s a good thing. Quality seems to falter once you’ve tried to stretch yourself too thin but that’s not an issue here because with only a handful of selections more care can be given to the product.
It feels almost like part diner — part fast food. You won’t find gourmet burgers here but what you will get is really good food, really good portions, and a really good price. Fast!
