I have been to the location on Rosewood a couple of times and had pretty decent experiences. The sandwiches are pretty good! I get the Southern Belly Dipper which has bacon and swiss cheese on it. The choices for toppings and sauces add different taste to the sandwiches. It is definitely not your typical BBQ joint. You can only get chips and cole slaw as your sides. I usually have enjoyed my experiences here but I can only give it two stars after my visit there yesterday. My BF and I decided to have lunch there yesterday. Just as we were finishing up our sandwiches, a cockroach ran across our table. Luckily I had a napkin and killed it before it could get into our food, but both of our appetites were gone immediately! We payed quickly and left. I usually enjoy eating here, but don’t think I will be able to return after this.

This place had wonderful service! The food was so good we had to bring some of the sauce home! It always makes a difference to us when we go someplace out of town or state, this place exceeded our expectations by alot!

I am an Eastern North Carolina BBQ girl. You can’t gift-wrapped that kind of barbecue. What these people did was take BBQ and gift wrap it with different bows. I had a barbecue sandwich called the Castro. It was a barbecue sandwich with banana peppers cheese, and pickles. It was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. Do not be a fool and try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Great little BBQ sandwich spot in 5 points! The place is casual, very friendly fast service, sandwiches only but damn good… and cold beer!

Southern Belly has their first location on Rosewood Drive and this is their second. They have great bar-be-que sandwiches. Our favorite is the D’jango which has bar-be-que, pepper jack, cheese, bacon, grilled onions, roasted red peppers, jalapeños served on Texas Toast with flamin Sherman sauce. It is pretty fantastic. Just the right amount of heat. There are 7 different sauces so try them all. Some are milder than others but we like the heat
