Came in to get my wife’s old phone data transferred over to her new phone. The customer service was fine we were greeted as we walked in the door. The employees seems free to express themselves. They laughed with one another as they completed their task. Some would see that as unprofessional customers service. Though the data wasn’t unable to be transferred due to physical damage. The service was activated quickly.

Was helped fast when I wanted to upgrade my phone and the guy was very nice. What I did NOT like is that he tried connecting my phone to the Panera free wifi instead of just typing in the damn password to the sprint wifi so as he’s loading data into my phone, it’s… You know… Secure! Was so pissed but glad when the free wifi repeatedly failed and he had to use the sprint wifi. Lazy people are so annoying.

I purchased an iPhone 6 from this store. The associate who helped me added the sprint insurance, 2 family locator trials, spotify free trial and some other service without my knowledge. The associate also gave misinformation about the $ 50 unlimited plan and told me it was for leased phones only. I pulled up the website and showed him the offerings and then he said he isn’t able to add the plan in store and that I would need to call *2. Once I realized the insurance was added, I told him to take it off and he replied with«All iPhones are required to have the insurance». Knowing this was a complete lie, I decided to avoid making scene and decided to call sprint corporate when I got home. The call center rep reluctantly helped me. He tried to coax me to go back to the store to resolve the issue. I refused this option and«lucky for me» he «went above and beyond» what he supposed to do to resolve my issue. Thanks guy, I appreciate you doing your job… Luckily, I only have to go to this horrible place 1 – 2 times every 2 years to buy a new iPhone.

I have been a customer for almost 2 years with Sprint and never had any problems until about 3 months ago. My texting and data randomly stopped working on my Galazy s3 and I kept getting an error message when trying to send out texts. I took it into the store here, and I waited for over an hour while they tried resetting it, taking it off and putting it back on the network, and trying other methods. They were very slow in doing all of this, and finally gave up and told me there was nothing they could do except wait it out because it was a service outage. Two days later, my texting and data finally started working again. It was a huge inconvenience to be stuck without texting, my main form of communication. I ended up calling Sprint and getting a refund of my bill for the days I was without service.
