Chris is the only reason this store gets 2 Stars. Chris is awesome!!! His professionalism was the best I ever received at this location. Too bad the rest of his co workers suck!!! Worst customer service! These employees are horrible. Why is this store even open. The store at the mall is the best. Fire all these clowns at Dobbin and close this location. It’s a waste of money to have this store. Please enroll these employees in more training. Being friendly to customers and getting returning business is important. I will never be back to this location.

I can see why people would say that the employees don’t care… as soon as you walk in all of the employees look at you and then avoid talking or making eye contact. But I asked a woman if she could help she said no but maybe someone else could and a male employee did step up to the plate and helped me. I am very confused as to what rating to give because I am thankful for the assistance I did receive. Being in other At&t locations will make you realize what kind of service you are supposed to receive. So today I came in to upgrade a line, I knew what I wanted and the employee stated that it would take 10 minutes to register the phone and sign me up. I mentioned being clumsy and very accidental but at no time did the employee recommend any accessories such as a case or screen saver perhaps or even promoting the packages they have currently out right now. I would have loved to be informed of ways to protect my phone but it doesn’t seem as if the employees interact well with customers much here. Well I am glad that an employee was able to help me considering the others attempted to avoid customers and play on their phones and gossip.

I love this store… I have been to this store on numerous occasions for various reasons. I have always gotten excellent service each employee takes their time and makes sure they explain every open available to you. Every time I go I ask for Jose he’s efficient and very knowledgeable about each and every product. He even sold me my home security system!!! I have been very happy with all my services. I have been to various different ATT stores and I will take the long drive to this location just to get the incredible service I am used to.

Bait and switch! My techno challenged hubby was talked into purchasing an IPad mini 3 as a «deal» with an Iphone 6. Was not told that it had to be connected to ATT network and cost $ 10 per month for access. Even assigned a new phone number to the Ipad without telling my husband the number! Sales person was evasive and never disclosed why a $ 40 activation fee was inlcuded. AND there was no way to cancel. NOWAYTOCANCEL! Returning Ipad mini and purchasing another one elsewhere. Very dishonest. Bad business. Ridiculous customer service and apalling managment. Will NEVER go back there. Shame on you AT&T.

Their concierge-style sales approach is terrible. Their«consultants» are basic order-takers armed with a team shirt and man purse. I was unfortunate enough to be assigned to Nick, a worthless idiot who stated my wife had to be present in order to purchase a phone. Our AT&T account is in BOTH of our names. In order to buy something, plan on waiting 45+ minutes for your name to be called. I opted to buy my iPhone 6 from Best Buy instead, no wife attendance required. I was in and out with a new, activated phone in the same amount of time it would have taken for an AT&T hack to even«see» me. Will never go back to this clown shop.

BIG shout out to Ida and Branden for really coming through! I came in for a new sim card and was bummed to see a packed store. The Assistant Manager was at the front with his tablet checking people in and let me know it would be a «wait,» as all the sales people were busy and there was someone ahead of me. I had no choice but to wait. I paced for a minute before Ida saw me and asked if I needed help. I explained that all I needed was a new sim card — she went straight to the back. Next thing I know. Branden is calling me over to multitask me(very simple) and a gentleman he was helping troubleshoot with basically learning how to use a smart phone, what is email, what is a camera, etc… he resolved my problem in 2 minutes flat and I was out the door! Bottom line: though I wish the Asst Manager had done some creative problem solving from the get-go, I am so thankful for the teamwork and leadership from Ida and Branden —- what could have been a 45 minute wait was resolved in 5 minutes! THANKYOU!

Why should I give them one star? They do not deserve it I guess that the only choice I have since Unilocal doesn’t allow us to give a zero star review for businesses we review! First of all they are always ran out at many new iPhone 6 models and capacity. What a waste of time I went there today and manager said you can cross-upgrade your line it is impossible! I did it before at different AT&T locations no problems and when I called customer service they said you are eligible for cross upgrade but we can’t do it over the phone you must go to an At&T location to get it done! But this place was a real waste of time, after manager refuse to cross upgrade(maybe lack of knowledge and experience) I went to apple store at columbia mall they had what I exactly wanted and they did cross upgrade my line without any problems! Thanks to Apple Store which was helpful and saved my time!

1 star because they’re close and have a lot of phone selection. However their Customer Service deserves 0 stars. Went in October to check about an upgrade for my husband’s phone. The«manager» as he identified himself as, said my husband wasn’t allowed an upgrade until November. I said«Hmm, that’s strange. I could have sworn we upgraded it in October two years ago.» He asked if I wanted the receipt for the previous purchase. I said NO and he printed it anyways and handed to me with this pompous attitude. Seriously, for a manger you’re just an a**, dude and as such, we will drive farther to go to a different place.

They finally lost my business. All the good employees are LONG gone and the remaining staff act like they can’t stand their lives. I’m over the haughty, rude and dismissive behavior I’ve been tolerating the past year or two. Even the updates to the décor are useless. The employees act like they are seriously doing you a major favor by even talking to you. They need to fire everyone and start from scratch. Resellers do a better job of representing AT&T. Promptly called up their CS and filed complaint AND got everything I wanted in the beginning. Thank the heavens that I always get great service when I call AT&T. Won’t step a foot back into this store.
