Excellent customer service! We arrived late on a very busy Saturday night after driving all day. There was no parking to be had for our trailer at our hotel… Jeff made it possible for us to drop the trailer at Storage Mart after office hours. He even took the time to come in to the office close to Midnight to finish up the paperwork. I can not say how much I appreciate the efforts taken by both Jim and Jeff save us both money and time.
The facility was also neat, spacious, and well laid out. Highly recommended!!!
