I have not ate at subway in a year. Today my friend and I decided to give it a try since its been so long! I was very excited to get subway because I haven’t ate it in so long! When I entered this subway I seen that the chips were not all stacked, I asked the employee if they had jalapeño baked and she said no – so I grabbed what was available. I asked for a 6inch tuna sub in which she showed great attitude to my friend and I. When purchasing our food in cash she missed my hand purposely and dropped my change on the counter instead of handing it to me or even bothering to pick it up. We ate inside of subway and noticed we weren’t given napkins I asked her for napkins and she looked at our table to confirm if we had napkins or not and then handed me two napkins– one for me and my friend each. The customer service here is ridiculous please avoid and if you see an employee by the name Qunitana I suggest you go somewhere else. The employees here obviously do not like their jobs or even people in that matter. She went in the back whenever she could to speak to other employees loudly about unprofessional things that were not work related. Please avoid. Take the first Unilocal comment serious… go to Columbia mall if you are craving subway!

I’ve gotten so many soggy sandwiches here. I think the ingredients aren’t fresh and that’s why the sandwiches normally taste off. Also staff doesn’t listen very well — there’s normally a lot of repeating the order and pointing. I’d recommend just going to the subway at the Columbia mall.
