Please apartments are very nice and very updated and very well kept. Except for the fact that the manager of the apartment is horrible. She doesn’t care if he just drop people lives. Recently someone that I know paid their rent online on the 5^th the next day they got a3 day eviction notice so she went to the apartment complex and let them know that you paid her rent online the lady said so you still have an infection because you paid late so you owe me twenty nine dollars extra. She did this to many of the residents of this apartment complex. She said that she has the option to file in court against anybody who pays after the first day of the month even though there is a5 day grace. I think this is very horrible of her but she does not care but she upset people and their life and make them feel just drop by placing a vixion notice to many of the residents doors because they paid on the 2^nd or 3^rd or 4^th or the 5^th day of the month when it is included in the lease contract that they have 5 days to pay the rent after 5 days it is late. This lady is one of the most horrible landlord just there is on this side of the world.
