Doctor was decent and my son did benefit from the treatment. However, I have to concur with the previous post that the administration staff is just not worth the time and effort to deal with… Their appt cancellation policy is the worst I have ever seen. If you do not cancel within 48 hrs, they charge you for the entire appt fee. In my case, that was $ 150. They send out email notices 1 day in advance, which does absolutely no good as it is already inside the 2 days and you will be charged… When I asked the office manager why they couldn’t send the email notice a week in advance instead of a day when it is too late to respond without getting charged, her response was that the email is just a courtesy. And, they will not reschedule your appt or give out any medication until you pay the $ 150 cancellation fee. this happened to me twice in the past 9 months. I stopped going to this office after the second time…

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. My boyfriend is anxiety and depression, and is medicated. Somehow, almost every time it comes time to refill his prescription, they slack off. So he has gone up to almost an entire week with out his very important medication, that is for his mental health. every time I’ve talked to a receptionist trying to explain the severity of the issue, I get nothing but rude and uncaring responses. My boyfriend insist that he likes his doctor, but in terms of the people that directly deal with the medication/calls/etc they are far from professional and for sure not compassionate.
