FYI to all: all returns require a photo ID and they record all of your personal information. I tried to return a cash purchase, with a receipt, in the same week and they refused until I turned over my driver’s license. That’s ridiculous.

This Toys R us is dirty, disorganized and the staff doesn’t know where anything is. The store is absolutely disgusting. The layout sucks. The staff isn’t helpful at all.

I want this place to be good (I have great childhood memories of Toys R Us), but it is just not good. The prices are high and the staff does not know where items are located. I think the quality of the toys has gone downhill as well. We have had to bring several items back because they quickly broke.
