Went in here for salad the other day and my waitress was really nice! Great service for little ol’ me just hanging out and stuff. Waitress named Grace was really cool. Pretty decent salad bar. Forgot to tip her and I feel bad but we all make mistakes.

Very pleasant people. Clean restaurant. The salad bar was amazing so freah so delicious. I love the turkey minis they are so good and they came out pipping hot and the fries too. Those little cheddars muffins are just ok they remind me of red lobster, but not as good.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent staff and food. I would give it 5 stars, but the salad bar has gone downhill over the last several years. Bring back the caprice salad on the salad bar (grape tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil and vinaigrette)!

We were craving burgers, and my boyfriend suggested we eat here. He recommended their French fries and burgers. Well, we got there and waited in the lobby for 5 minutes with no service. No one was there to greet us or seat us and when we did finally see a waitress, she looked right at us and walked away. After waiting 10 minutes, we sat ourselves and hoped someone would serve us. The waitress came over to the table next to us and asked if they needed anything, but did not even acknowledge us and walked away. After that, we left because with that kind of service, they don’t deserve our money I have heard nothing but good things about their food but the service was unacceptable. I would go back to A Ruby Tuesdays but probably not this one…

The most mind numbing bad experience I’ve ever had. I ordered on line for carry out. I paid cash for my order ($ 30 for a chicken sandwich and a burger) and drove home to find that there were no fries or sides of any kind. The place was empty so they cannot say they were too busy to remember. When I drove back to complain the manager told me they had a strick no refund policy and that he could not help me. He said it was my fault because I did not specify a side with my order. The on line system clearly says it comes with fries only and does not offer a selection option. He again said there was nothing he could do. I will never ever eat in a Ruby Tuesdays. My dead body would haunt the place before I ever even thought of eating there again.

Had the best cup of coffee, and I really appreciate that fact that they have big cups and not those tiny little cups that you barely get one drink of coffee per cup. Nick was a great waiter! Great experience overall.

Always a stop when I am in town on business. Salad bar is a favorite! Close to interstate and hotels so it makes it an easy in/out!

This is our absolute favorite chain restaurant. Is it the best food we’ve ever eaten? No, but the food is always consistent and the price is reasonable. We enjoy the Mini turkey burgers with avocado (you have to ask for that) or the petite sirloin with the broccoli and mashed potatoes. It is a decent enough steak to not need any sauce, which is actually saying quite a bit. Add the draft of the day and a salad bar and we end up fat and contented :) Their salad bar was the deciding factor in making it our favorite, because it is far and away the best one we have found at a place that doesn’t specifically cater to salad lovers. I could probably eat just that most days and still be happy.

Went here twice in a row because it was within walking distance of my hotel. I had barbecue chicken breast the first night. I think it was $ 11, kinda expensive and it wasn’t huge, but tasty. Came with two sides. I had snap peas (good) and cauliflower mash (delicious!) I was particularly pleased with the cauliflower because I hadn’t seen that on a restaurant menu before. I also had a salad bar… but to go, and the waitress brought me a big take out box, which was nice of her. It was almost like having another meal, sweet.
The second night, I had a hickory-something-or-other bacon cheeseburger. It came with one side (I chose the cauliflower again, and though I offered to share, mysteriously, none of my friends wanted to sample :/haha) I think it was $ 9 or $ 10. It was drippy, salty and thick. Good burger!
