«…& up» is a bait and switch technique. When I went to pay for my brow wax, I was charged $ 12. The cashier told me prices start at $ 12, and that the sign is old. I suggested they remove it, and they refused. The cashier didn’t want to discuss it any further and began ignoring me. I was in a wonderful mood after having Iman at Bubbles color, cut, & style my hair and decided to round out my morning with a brow wax as I left the mall. I don’t regret the wax; I’m truly disappointed in the customer service experience and the way they dismissed their signage. My brows are very light in color, and they’re sparse so I just needed a little clean up. Four applications of wax and four pulls later my brows were done. How basic is the $ 11 wax? Apply wax and stop?

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Yuba City, CA
So here is an edit to my original post. I went from a 5 to a 3 because I left here with uneven eyebrows 2 weeks before my wedding. I was disappointed that I recommended this place to so many people and I went in here to just have my brows cleaned up. Well my one brow was super thin and at that point what can I do besides hope makeup can fix it for my wedding. The people here are very nice and welcoming but I’m scared to go back once my brow grows back. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed. Rosie was my tech, she listened to how I wanted my shape then did exactly what I wanted. It was $ 10 but worth it. Everyone in the salon was so nice and welcoming. I will drive the 20 minutes every time I need my brows done!
