The Pizza is ok, for commercialized pizza, but management is awful. Customer service and satisfaction is not a practice of this location. Corporate or regional manager needs to reevaluate the manager (at least the one who yelled at me). I will not return to this location until I am sure there is management overhaul. It is sad that there are so many

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Just when you thought Papa John’s was horrible pizza… here comes Vocelli. When a 13 year old says a slice of pepperoni with extra cheese is nasty, houston, we have a problem.
The pizza arrived soggy and the toppings were ‘wet’ feeling. I’ve never seen such tiny pepperonis before in my life. The fact that a large 2-​topping «colossal» was almost $ 20 makes me wish I would have ordered from Papa Johns.
Tasteless sauce. Tasteless crust.
Oh…and when you think chicken strips couldn’t be ruined… oh Vocelli ruined them. Soggy chicken? Where they do that at?
Ugh. Never. Again.
