Came here for an oil change. They said it would be an hour but took close to two hours. They were clearly lacking in organization and teamwork. Not friendly at all and never apologized for taking so long or making so many mistakes. Definitely do NOT take your car here unless you have an entire day to totally waste in Walmart.

Stopped by to pick up a car charger. We had fast and friendly service in the electronics department.

This is the walmart you wanna go to. to be approached by a crackhead on the way to your car for gas(dope) money. Parking lot is spooky, hard to navigate, 748 stop signs. Don’t think youll get customer service at jewry counter, yard stuff, or anywhere else. Low skill employees managed by other kids. And they have one specially hateful cashier guy, middle aged) that we alway get. no idea why they put him on register. Leave the kids at home if you have to go here… better yet, go to the one on AC exit.

Service makes you wait too long for picking up an online item. Self checkout is nice but the scale that makes sure you are not stealing does not work well at some stations. People are nice yet I sense overworked. 1 line for customer service and 4 people waiting? No, please. No numbers in parking lot so you can remember where you parked. Wow…

This walmart is like my home away from home. It is well lit and the same employees have been working there since it opened, and it’s always nice to see familiar faces. Nothing ever changes, which is good because change is bad. Only issue: The lingerie is next to the frozen food section. I don’t want to see my neighbors shopping for lacy negligees while I’m getting ice cream. Who thought that was a good idea?

If you are from out of town and for some reason want to know which Walmart to go to, this one probably has the most items. Unfortunately, those items are almost certainly all mixed together in a bin, shoved to the back of a shelf, or piled on pallets in the middle of the aisles of this cavernous, ugly, outdated, and usually not very clean store. The quality of the merchandise ranges from alright to horrendous; this is the only store where I’ve ever bought dried beans that were spoiled. Most of the people who work there look anxious, beaten-down, and exhausted, probably because they’ve been running only partly staffed for years. Adding the self-serve checkout lines has at least made it possible to get out of there quickly.

2 words…“FREAKSHOW” Walmart where all the characters go. Go to the«good lookin people» Walmart off Rangeline where it doesn’t feel sketchy one bit. Lastly, if you are moving and request boxes through a manager over the phone that says«we will have boxes from overnight inventory, come to get them between 10pm-7am and I will hold them for you with your name» and then you show up at 6:30am the next day to pick them up… the customer service desk/cashiers will look at your crossed eyed and give you a run for your money saying oh well this manager doesn’t hold boxes blah blah blah and then automatically trash talk and bash the managers of the store in front of you. If I was their manager and heard that shit, I’d fire their asses on the spot… and if a person says they will do something for you by holding boxes under your name to get the next morning, THENSTICKTOYOURWORDASSHOLE! Never going here again since I had better luck elsewhere that treats their customers with better customer service and respect for military customers.

I am with Aaron F., this WalMart is old, run down and a little dirty. Compared to the Grindstone Parkway location, this one is just not worth patronizing. Furthermore, I was in a bind and needed to have a battery in my car replaced. The sales clerk in the auto department was really impatient and distracted. He was downright RUDE to the people in front of me. When I returned for my car, he was arguing with one of the mechanics AND a customer – SIMULTANEOUSLY! Sam’s Club is right next door and offers some auto services(Their hours aren’t as flexible as WM, however) and they were MUCH nicer, more accommodating and not quite so dysfunctional. I give them two stars only because the location is convenient to I-70 and Highway 63.
