Zero Stars! Do NOT call them! I call — get the dispatch guy who says tech will call. Tech calls, gets here maybe 45 min after initial call. This was the 4^th place I called. Was trying to get the best price & they seemed to have it. Explained, all it was was a bedroom doorknob, key missing, we’re locked out — How much? He says $ 19 to come out & $ 20+ to open door. So problem was, he didn’t give me any range it could go up to. Thinking that was my best deal, had them come out. So he opens door & gives us price of $ 19 to come PLUS $ 75 to open door!!! Took him all but one minute to open door. I get upset — feel totally screwed & call dispatch to see what they could do. They did not disclose the possibility of their price to be 5 times as much as what the doorknob even cost. Dispatch continues that it’s such a wide range, no way to let the customer know. That it could even go up as high as $ 450. Really — even after they know what type it is before they come out. See these guys know they can say whatever price they want and YOU are screwed! While I am on the phone with dispatch, tech gets annoyed, mumbles he has no time for this, marches up the stairs, locks & closes my bedroom door & storms out of my house. Good riddance. I’m disgusted. These people are unprofessional and as far as I’m concerned thieves. Don’t call them — you’ll be shocked at your final price. Why? Because they won’t disclose one — it’ll be a nice surprise. Zero Stars! Do NOT call them!
