Arby’s

This Arby’s always does right by me. Which isn’t easy because I never order exactly like the menu says.
That’s being said they don’t blink an eye. I say no bun or side salad and two crew members start making it right away.
They also have a lot of teenaged employees, and they’re great too!
I’ll come back as often as my husband lets me!

It’s Arby’s. I don’t go there often, but hey, sometimes you want roast beef. And actually, their menu has expanded quite a bit.
This location is fairly convenient. Drive-​through service left a bit to be desired: the speaker sucked, and the employees misunderstood my order so I got two of something I wanted one of. Not too big a deal, besides the cost; I just ate the extra later.
Food: it’s Arby’s, as I said. It is not health food. Meat and a bun, just not ground beef. Sweetie had roast beef junior sandwiches and, I think, tater tots. I had «minis,’ roast beef on a better bun with a little sauce (and in my case, fried onions.) I also had a reuben, which was decent but not great.

I gotta be blunt. I am not impressed by this Arby’s. Maybe I’m not impressed with Arby’s at all.
I utilized the drive-​thru recently and took advantage of a coupon I received in the mail which promoted a buy-​one Roast Beef sandwich, get one free deal. I ordered some fries and a soda to accompany my order.
The manager should be happy by the fact that I had driven a few miles down the road before I had the chance to sink my teeth into this disappointing meal. The sandwiches tasted like they were made the day before plus I needed a magnifying glass to find the roast beef. It felt like I was eating roast beef flavored bread! Why can’t they sell the same size sandwiches they promote in their TV ads?
To add insult to injury, my fries were twice as bad as my sandwiches! Arby’s french fries have to be one of the worst in the fast food industry. And I hate their shape — curly. How lame is that? They tasted like they were fried the other week and reheated in a microwave oven! Yuck!
In their defense, I’ve had better sandwiches and fries at other Arby’s, but not much better. I will not be patronizing this Arby’s anytime soon even if I have a coupon for a free sandwich. There are too many other fast food establishments in the area that provide better quality.
