I don’t even want to give any stars for this store. I took my laptop for virus removal. A couple days later, it crashed again so I took it back. They charged a full price for virus removal again. Then my laptop crashed again a week later. So I told them I am not paying for it bc virus was not fully removed the first two times I took my laptop there. Additionally, they removed my microsoft office products. I attempted to put them back but it was already registered to someone else. I think they stole my microsoft products and put them on their machine as the new Microsoft product just came out at that time and They were asking me how I got the new one so quickly. Anyway They gave me a 50 percent off this time and recommended to purchase an antivirus software. It took me almost a month all together to get my laptop repaired and I paid about $ 350 for all three visits. I could have just bought a new one with that price. I am never, ever going back and will let anyone to not use this store.
