Great location and price for fairly large units with private patios. Getting a 3BR is worth it for the in-unit laundry.

Great location. Decent Price. Management is terrible and aren’t in the office most of the time. We have been trying to get a new fence built for almost 5 months now. FIVE months. We have been without a fence for five months.

Pros: –extremely affordable for being within walking distance of High Street/Victorian Village/downtown –quiet, safe area –responsive management team and maintenance crew –parking spots are not assigned, but there was always ample parking available around our unit. This came in especially handy during big downtown events like Red White and Boom or Comfest. Cons: –be aware of the terms you sign with the lease. To break the lease(in our case, we had bought a house), you will need to pay 2 months rent + $ 300, plus give a 30 day notice to vacate that is only accepted on the first of every month. I tried to talk to management to see if i could sublet(not allowed) or find someone to finish out my lease for them(didn’t work), so unfortunately we were stuck paying an extra $ 2k to get out of the lease. –no laundry hookups available except in the 3 bedroom units, so everyone else has to use the laundry rooms. Ask to see these rooms if you’re on the edge about this aspect of living here.
