Excellent service in well-​lit, well-​organized store with plenty of parking. Salesperson was available and informative but not pushy. Easy to reach by cell for future contact. Samples went home multiple times before I made my decision.
Chose hardwood for about 1400 square feet of condo — everything but the bathroom. Ordered carpeting for two stairways.
Measuring occurred just a day after I chose. [Almost exact! Less than a third of a box of wood left over.]
Returned to store to review order and make deposit.
Hardwood was readily available, so it was delivered within a week, two days prior to installation. Three men came for installation.
Carpeting had to be ordered, so installation was several weeks later. Again, a three-​man crew, but different men who are the «carpet team.»
In both cases, men used my garage for making cuts. They cleaned the house and the garage like their grandmothers were coming to inspect.
I highly recommend America’s Floor Source for outstanding selection and professional service.

I just had my entire basement floors replaced by AFS…
The good:
–They provided a great variety of styles to choose from that could fit any style or budget.
–The sales staff wasn’t extremely pushy, which kept things comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process.
–They offered a very competitive price and were transparent with what we should expect.
–George (the floor installer) was phenomenal. He was extremely professional and efficient. He would have had our entire basement floors (650+ sq ft) finished in one day had it not been for the error on the initial measurement.
The bad:
–Unfortunately, since the initial measurements were incorrect it left George short one box. The flooring that we picked was back-​ordered, which forced him to have to come back a week later to finish the job.
Overall, I had a great experience, but there was definitely room for improvement with the incorrect measurements.

Excellent service. Met on a Friday with their team, Tuesday by 9 am, carpet was installed. Amazing! Got a good deal on the carpet we selected and excellent customer service. Team that installed it moved the furniture quickly and professionally and placed it all back after done. Ask for Chris when you need carpet for your home. You will be happy you chose them.
