We hired this company to provide a GOBO design on my wedding day. We had a terrible experience. From the beginning we were really excited, they were quick to respond to emails and phone calls and very helpful. They had worked with the venue that we had chosen before so we felt pretty good about it. On my wedding day when I walked into the reception hall the first thing I noticed was that the design was really blurry and to make matters worse it was shaking. It was hard to even distinguish the wording and it looked really bad. I ended up asking the staff to just turn it off. One of the worst parts is we paid extra to have them come and set it up for us so we wouldn’t have any issues. After the wedding we had tried to contact this vendor and they failed to return phone calls and emails. Eventually my father was able to reach them by calling from his work phone. It became clear that they could care less about our experience and are unwilling to compensate on their own. They tried to blame us and say it was because people on the balcony causing the image to bounce. There were NO people on the balcony at any point during the reception other than one guest trying to fix the problem. (embarrassing right?) DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY for any special event. The fact that the one good review is from the company itself should be a warning sign.
