Simply amazing! Everyone at the company was helpful and made certain my party was perfect. I plan on using them again and again. The bouncers were incredible. The kids loved the hamster balls and enormous slide. The face painter and balloon artist was spectacular. Best party company out there by far!!!

I plan corporate events for company picnics. We booked inflatables from Cool Cats over six months in advance as well ten carnival games, cotton candy maker, sno cone maker, money machine, face painter, DJ and their employees to work the games. The office worker was very nice and all of the pricing online was correct. Unfortunately, they made the one picnic I planned with them a very frustrating day.
The four workers we hired showed up late, barely set up all the games in time, and most certainly were not appropriately dressed. Most were wearing Hanes tank tops and dirty blue jeans, no Cool Cats T-​shirts or close to a nice looking outfit. They also smoked; throwing cigarette butts around the area children would be playing. They did not actually work for the three hours but sat in the shade and parents had to reset up all the carnival games for their children (milk jugs, remove rings from ring toss, etc.) The workers are not folks I would hire to be around children. It also took more than two and half hours for them to tear down the equipment (took 45 minutes to setup) after the picnic because they needed to «run an errand» with the van for the inflatables. It caused my team to stay over two hours after we intended for them to just wait for a van to return in order to lock up the private property.
The office worker told me two generators would be more than enough to run all of our items we rented and the four workers that showed up said we would need three. I was not asked to provide ice for the sno cone maker, but 10 minutes before the picnic started was asked where the ice was for the sno cone maker. It left us scrambling minutes before the picnic to accommodate extra electricity and find ice.
The face painter was not friendly but did an exceptional job with the artwork. The DJ was friendly and did a nice job. Beware though, the DJ runs off CDs (as of summer 2013) so may not have all the recent songs you are looking for. The inflatables we rented were clean and setup well. The carnival games were also clean and in good working condition.
Overall, I would NOT recommend Cool Cats Site Entertainment to another company to use for a picnic. I did call the references they provided including the Columbus Zoo and a local church which gave glowing reviews, but I unfortunately did not have the same experience.
