Applebee’s

My husband and I came here tonight for a date night dinner. We didn’t realize the menu had changed quite a bit. First off we thought they would have the queso and chips but they took it off their appetizer menu. They added more health conscious meals.
We were fine with the change we both started off with the blackberry honey iced tea’s which were so good. It had real blackberries mixed in with honey and like a blackberry jam taste of ice tea. Next we browsed the menu for the main meal which we both got steaks, the problem is we both like our steaks medium well, which is sometimes hard for some restaurants to master. The first time they brought out our meal the inside of my husband’s steak was still pink so we both decided to have ours cooked for longer and they came out so much better the second time.
What we really appreciated was the service, our server had only been working here for three days but she made sure to ask us how those steaks were cooked and gladly had those returned to be recooked to perfection for my husband and I. It’s that kind of service we really appreciate and why we tip a little bit extra then the typical twenty percent.
Then my husband had to have his triple chocolate meltdown cake because he couldn’t leave this restaurant without satisfying his sweet tooth. I was the good wife and said, okay honey anything you want.
If you want good service and waiters that really care, Applebee’s is the place to be! Plus their appetizers are ½ off from 3 – 7 PM and 9 PM to close.

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Things seemed clean and they were relatively busy. I will likely visit that location again.

Went here on a date with my boyfriend back in October and had the best waitress either of us ever had. Her name was Cherelle. We never had to ask for refills or anything she was on top of it (very rare to find this quality in most waitresses today). She was very nice and friendly also. And of course the food was good as always. Will definitely be back to this location! :)

First time at this location, did NOT leave a happy camper. Waited 10 minutes at the host stand before the manager finally came over to seat us. I couldn’t tell if our server was very rude or just in the weeds but regarding, getting anything from her was like pulling teeth. The Siracha shrimp appetizer came out all stuck together and cold in places and our dinners both came out incorrectly the first time. AND the second time. My wife never ordered soup but that came out before the meal. and she asked for loaded mashed potatoes and the gave her fries. How many times does it take to get it right? I’m not sure. we never found out. Our bill was $ 10 more than it should have been because we were charged for the soup and apparently the «kids eat free» thing is a joke because we were charged for that as well. I just paid the bill and got the hell out of there. Casual dining is fine. but this location is SLOPPY.
PS. If they tell you your server is Raishawndai. just leave and save yourself the trouble.

Came for lunch about 12pm. walked in and I just couldn’t get over the fact that it smelled like barn hay. We were seated right away but it took almost 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink orders. There aren’t too many people dining in today but they seem to be understaffed.
I ordered a Pepsi to drink and it tastes a little off, like the syrup/​carbonation isn’t right. I still drank it.
I ordered the fish and chips, my first time every ordering them here. My friend said this is what he always orders and said they are good so I decided to try them out.
The entrée didn’t come with vinegar so I asked the waitress to bring some out. The taste was horribly bland and a very watery consistency. I noticed the fried breading had barely any taste. I’ve had fish and chips at other joints and they have much more flavorful taste. Needless to say I do not recommend fish and chips, they were horrible.
Our waitress was very friendly.

It sucked! Plain & simple. Server was nice and energetic. But she was very borderline «not listening.» Rushing a bit too much? Wife ordered a sprite, and got 3 large waters instead? Idk. Beer selection is shit. Anyone who’s looking for a decent beer must attempt getting down a Samuel Adams Summer Ale! It was all I could do to get it down! Yuck! ONLY put it down because I hurt my back today being awesome at the gym earlier! Or not? Chips for dip were crumbs, shrimp app had 5 pieces, and as far as the main entrée? Well let me tell ya, salt never tasted better on cedar salmon! You can’t even taste the fish! It’s my fault for picking here, because I didn’t plan for the dinner this evening. Bad back then, and worse now! You’ve been warned!

We love going to Applebee’s! Always a good time and always good company! You feel like family when you walk in! Good was fresh and out with almost no wait! The waitresses and managers Not only interact with the customers but with eachother to ensure that everything is taken care of efficiently and right the first time! Always a great experience & If it’s not, they fix it on the spot!

Great happy hour specials from 9PM — Close every night. 50 CENT WINGS and $ 2.99 Bahama Mamas!!! Waiter was very attentive.

I’ve been going to this Applebee’s on average about every other month for the last few years. I would recommend it! The food in my opinion is always good. I really haven’t tried anything on their menu that I haven’t liked.
I go for the french onion soup, which is my favorite compared to other restaurants. have ½ appetizers if you go between 3pm-​5pm (don’t quote me on the hours), which is great because their appetizers are really good.
I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 because your experience comes down to the waitstaff. While most of them are pretty good and I normally get good service, sometimes you get one that just stinks and you get poor service. But then that’s true for any chain restaurant.
Overall I would recommend the Polaris Applebee’s.

I have to admit, I’m a fan of Applebee’s. The food is always consistently good, the service is usually really good, and the price range doesn’t hurt the wallet.
I went to this Applebee’s recently after a quick shopping trip at Polaris. We got there, it wasn’t too busy, and we were seated right away. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We got the spinach artichoke dip to start and, as always, it was really tasty and just right. I ended up ordering a Clubhouse Grille. It was pretty darn good and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It was just a good experience at a routinely good chain restaurant. No complaints.

Awful service and overpriced food. Waitress was not informed on the products of the restaurant. Told us they don’t have ginger ale except they do. She also said they don’t have crackers but they do. After talking to a manager found out they have both. The food is low quality for the price. The salads are saturated in dressing.
Their quasdilla which is supposed to be cheese, is cheese and bacon.
Manager also argued every single complaint we had.
An awful experience which will not have to me return.

Bunch of thieves!!! Watch your cards they are taking extra money out for tips, if paying by gift card they take the remaining balance as a tip without permission. This has happened multiple times to me and my family.

I used to really hate this place. I think they realized the food was just very sub-​par and they made changes to the menu over the years and that has really helped in my opinion. The food is so much better now and more on par with similar restaurants like Chilis’s or Fridays. I went recently and had the ribs with fried potatoes with the pretzel bread as an appetizer. Both really tasty. Applebees is no longer on my «do not go» list.

I think this Applebee’s has really turned things around. I used to call it Crapplebees because the service sucked. I once went there and they told me they didn’t have water! I recently returned to this location because I had a gift card and was doing some shopping in the area, and the service was really good! From the host to the manager that checked on each table, everyone was very prompt and friendly. The food was good and also came to our table quickly even though it was a Saturday and the place was mostly full. I would try this location again.

First, let me say: I am high maintenance. I have a severe food allergy that means a lot of questions and the need for trust that my server understands what will and will not cause me to leave the restaurant in an ambulance. My experience may not reflect that of the average diner.
So, we order our beverages and I alert the server, who promptly brings out the allergy menu. This is great, but the allergy menu doesn’t cover or consider cross contamination, which meant I had additional questions, which is where my experience went south.
I’ve kind of lost interest, but the long and short is: they didn’t kill me… But only because the manager grabbed the plate from in front of me before I took the first bite after the server who had already proven himself untrustworthy further proved his incompetence by delivering the wrong plate to the table.

We ordered soups and salads, and two tables seated after us were served their burgers and entrees before us. Having worked in food service, I know how little time preparing soups and salads takes– the time we waited was ridiculous. And when I finally did receive my salad, the vinaigrette dressing was spoiled. Only giving two stars because the waitress was friendly and attentive. Everything else about our visit was one star quality. Won’t be going back.

Okay, so this was the nicest Applebees I have ever been to. However, service was slow, orders were wrong, and the kitchen must have been having a rough night. My Honey Pepper Shrimp and Chicken was good though!

Good HH. Cheap food, don’t expect mind blowing quality. You get what you pay for, hence the five star rating. One bartender is a real gem. She keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for a quick bite cheap, you can’t really go wrong.

Went during lunchtime.
No wait for a table and the wait staff was attentive, however she was very busy. There were only 4 visible servers in the restaurant at this lunch hour. So my wait time was a little longer than I would have preferred.
Food was good (Cajun Shrimp) and the temperature was perfect.
If you go during lunch be prepared to wait a little longer than usual.

I used to frequent Applebee’s years ago (not this particular location). After coming to the Polaris location a few times, I started to wander… has Applebee’s in general gone downhill? It just seemed like the food portions were much smaller and a bit more bland.
The service was good, I can’t complain about that. It’s just that if I’m going to give my money to a place like this… I wanna leave full. :o) May or may not go back.
