I like the service provided by AT&T as a /whole/but this store was a bit disappointing. All I wanted was to upgrade my current iphone to a 6s. I arrived at 6:45, wasn’t addressed until 7, and eventually left after waiting two hours for a representative to help me. The Easton AT&T store is much better, faster service. You won’t be stuck hanging out in the store long after it is closed. I went home and ended up ordering my phone straight from Apple. The plus side is I can pay my bill here easily with the kiosk.

BEWAREOFTHESESNAKEOILSALESMEN!!! We were«quoted» by one of their«customer service» representatives one price decided to upgrade our phones. When we went in to trade-in our phones, they«quoted» us another price which was no where near what we were promised. Do yourself a favor and go to Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint… honestly you are probably better off with a jitterbug.

My wife dropped her AT&T iPhone 4S and cracked the screen – a common theme with us. As she was at least 2.5 years from her last new phone, we agreed that it was time for an upgrade. My wife called AT&T’s customer service to confirm that she could upgrade her phone while keeping her current plan(with unlimited data – a leftover from the days of her iPhone 3GS). We drove to the closest AT&T store which happened to be this one on Henderson. The store itself is nice enough – a big open space, lots of phones at various price points and feature levels, various accessories and overpriced phone cases. We did notice that as we walked in, an angry guy was leaving shouting at a customer service representative(CSR)(the same one that would be helping us in a few minutes). After looking around for a bit, we started wondering when someone would help us. We flagged down a guy wandering around in an AT&T polo with a tablet thing. He logged us into the system and a couple of minutes later, our disinterested rep named Vitaly came over to «help» us. We told him what we wanted(a 64gb iPhone 6, while keeping my wife’s current unlimited data plan). The process of purchasing and initializing the phone took much longer than we anticipated(at least 45 minutes) and the whole time our rep was surfing the internet on his own phone, answering texts and trying to get us to change to a plan that would have limited my wife’s data usage. We told him several times we weren’t interested and we had confirmed that we didn’t have to change plans to get the new phone. Interestingly enough, while we were sitting and arguing with Vitaly, someone else called the store and began verbally abusing a different customer service representative(we only heard the CSR side of the conversation – a side effect of having an open space, but it we could tell this disgruntled customer was also very unhappy with their AT&T service). When my wife’s new iPhone 6 was finally initialized and functional we hightailed it out of there(hopefully) never to return. Should you find yourself a potential AT&T iPhone customer, do yourself a favor… buy your phone online, at the Apple Store or basically any place else. Hopefully you won’t end up joining the ranks of the disgruntled customers of AT&T.

The old bait and switch. Watch out for a bald salesmen named Tim and a horrific manager named Jill. I went to the store for an upgrade. Tim offered me a trade in upgrade that did not exist, which ended up costing me $ 500. Nice sales technique, Tim. Thanks for ruining Christmas for my family. I hope Karma finds you well. Customer Service was kinda enough to give me a $ 100 credit, but I guess I’ll keep my fingers crossed for the other $ 400.

Recently I got a new iPhone 4.(5th one long story) I wanted to add my hubby to my service and add cable & Internet so we would only have one bill. Sounds simple enough right? Wrong! After a couple hours with the AT&T guy Vitaly we left and everything was good we thought anyway. I tried to sync my music, pics, etc., on the new iPhone 4(little storage) but it wouldn’t work. Music was too much for the new phone so I kept all the music on the old phone(max storage) and just put all my pics on the new phone and used the old phone with the max storage for iPod. Then I decided to just upgrade to iPhone 5. Went back and Vitaly hooked it up sent me home to sync my phones on iTunes. Tried to put the music pics etc., from both iphone 4’s on the new iPhone 5. Managed to back them all up and tried to sync them and somehow everything vanished!!! The next day I couldn’t even send a pic. The network said I had«no data plan» and so I freaked and went back to AT&T after I called Vitaly twice, text him etc., no answer. I went in there, Vitaly was no where to be found, but this very sweet chick Jessica tells me that she will help me. Awesome! Ok, so she starts looking at my plan. Now I am grandfathered into unlimited data bc I have had my phone so long. And she starts tellin me that I don’t have unlimited data anymore the account is not even in my name anymore it was switched into my hubby’s and I’m completely screwed! I was like I’m bout to throw a giant fit and jessica was like hold on hold on let’s see if we can fix this don’t throw a fit!!! Jessica got on the phone and fixed all the problems it took a while but she did it!!! Vitaly, I don’t know what happened dude, but you screwed up my whole account and switched it to my husbands name without my permission he was only to be added to the account bonehead! And you took my unlimited data off you nut! What in the heck!!! When I need help from now on I will hunt down Jessica!!! I love you Jessica!!! So, if you find yourself at this AT&T store and need some help, Vitaly is a cool dude no doubt. But he obviously has some hearing problems bc he did everything I ask him NOT to do with my account!!! Go find Jessica! Thank you again Jessica you rock!!!
