First off let me just say that initially the service was fantastic. Then let me say that it didnt go as well as i thought. I went in to simply change my phone number. It was done with no problem, or so i thought. I decided to check and make sure it went through before i left the area. I found out it did not change my number. I go back in to check what the deal was and they had no idea. The manager looked at it and said we’ll try a new number. Not a problem, BUT they could not get service to the phone. Only said«no service». They tried 3 different sim cards and different numbers and still couldnt get service. I was there for 2 hours, 30 minutes after they closed mind you. Finally they hit the right button and it worked. With all that being said, I just dont think these people knew what they were doing. They were however super friendly and cooperative. I wanted to give them 2 stars, but I just couldnt. Avoid this place, it was my last resort and I regret it.

Abbi from Athena Marketing Inc., would like you to believe that she is interviewing for a Brand Manager position, when in fact, the company is screening hundreds of candidates per week, simply to obtain their demographic information for the client. The client is ATT who would like to reestablish itself as more than just wire and wireless provider; to a younger generation of future customers; by collecting your information before the interview. However, it does not take hundreds of potential candidates to determine the«right» person and of course; you already waived your confidentiality rights by providing Athena Marketing Inc. your information at the door. Just a miserable experience here. The manager goes out of his way to be unhelpful despite the other employees trying to help the customers. It’s never pleasant when you have to go to an att store but this guy makes sure you’ll never come back.

Allowed an unauthorized person to upgrade my account and they said they don’t know what happen and can’t do anything about it. Also took 30min just to find a sim and another 30min to replace it. Very unethical and a waste of time to come here.

Integrity and Ethics. Two things no longer present here. Lied to and mislead on multiple occasions. Tricked out of an unlimited data package, Bill always exceeds quote, sketchy plans. Bottom line, do your homework before you buy. While not everyone is a bad guy, most of these guys will sell you a pile of garbage to meet their commission at the cost of the truth.

Unbelievably terrible service. Been waiting here for almost an hour. No one seems to give a care that I’m the only one waiting and seem completely preoccupied with talking to each other and dealing with other issues not involving the customers. If at all possible avoid this store at ALLCOSTS. Assuming they won’t be able to resolve my issue and I will have wasted my valuable time. How hard is it to find good employees these days?

I came here after work around 5:30pm, and there was already a line of 6 people. I ended up waiting in line for at least 25 – 30 min, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was the last one in line until nearly 6:30pm, so if don’t want to wait in line, show up after 6pm or so. I finally sat down with someone, ordered an iPhone 4, and was on my way out. Unfortunately, they said it would be 10 – 14 days, which was a surprise since I’ve heard ATT is faster than Apple. Sucks to spend nearly an hour there just to get told that I wouldn’t get it for another 2 weeks. They could have told me that earlier when I was waiting in line.
