Attractive Nails

I will definitely go back, but beware of person that does your nails. The reason the reviews are inconsistent is because the experience is dependent on the person doing your nails. That is why I am giving it a 2. I have had 3 pedicures there.
I had 1 pedicure that was a 5. Spent lots of time transforming my feet after no pedicure for 4 months. Polish stayed on for almost a month, regular polish not a gel. Got rid of callouses, cuticles, and perfect job with polish. Another pedicure was a 4 star.
Last time, was a 1 star. The woman rushed through so fast it would have been funny, if I wasn’t paying for it. The pedicure includes 4 or 5 different solutions or applications, that should include being left on nails or feet while person massages, pushes back cuticles, or has time to absorb. She rushed so fast that she immediately applied each solution right after the next.
At the beginning of the manicure, she kept turning to watch the show on the TV., completely stopping in between each nail to watch the show. More time watching TV, than the nails. And to make it worse, later on, when I asked a question, I realized she was talking to someone on her Bluetooth. She had 2 long conversations on her Bluetooth during the pedicure, making me wait to get an answer until she could listen, yet continued to talk on blue tooth.
On majority of the nails, the cuticles were painted. I asked her to clean it up. She cleaned off a few, then when I pointed out the others, she said they were fine, it was the light. Result, paint peels off easier when cuticles are painted.
I wanted to buy polish the same color, it was discontinued. They refused to sell me the partial bottle, so I could have a matching touch-​up color. So check first, if you want to purchase your choice of color.

This review is only for CJ at Attractive Nails. The best mani-​pedi I’ve ever had. He is meticulous, and spends a lot of time massaging your feet and hands. My nails look beautiful, and it has been two weeks since I had them done. My daughter and I went together, we had the exact same service, she had a different manicurist and her spa nail treatment was over 20 minutes before mine with CJ.
One of the reviews on Unilocal said they don’t accept «expired» gift certificates. This happened to a friend of mine as well, which is the fault of the owner. I would never buy a gift certificate from Attractive Nails, which is too bad as that is a great way to advertise one’s business.
Again, this review is for my experience with CJ, not Attractive Nails.

I got a beautiful gel polish manicure here today. Very happy with the results. We will see how long it holds up. I am very hard on my nails. I will be going back. Price is reasonable, cheaper than Kenneths and the result was nicer. It’s also a more casual place, not as snooty as some salons.

I would not go there! It smells really bad and service? There is none I walked in they didn’t great me and told me I should go somewhere else!

My pedicure with OPI is chipping after two weeks. When I do them at home they last two months with a top coat once. I wasn’t paying attention — make sure they do all steps. They didn’t offer me nail file and foot file like they do at Kenneth’s. I’m pretty sure they are reusing them. I had a $ 35 gift certificate from Christmas that had expired I had used $ 10 on and they wouldn’t honor the $ 25 and threw it out. It wasn’t like an expired coupon. Someone gave them money for it. Not happy with the experience.

Always rushed, usually rude service that isn’t professional, not very clean… cheap and quick

My go to for mani and pedi. The technicians are well trained and enjoyable to spend some time with. Always satisfied – sometimes you have wait (as I am always a walk in) but you can make appointments.

Very disappointed. Had appts for a wedding party and they did honor the requested time. Even double checked twice that everyone would be seen at the same time. Don’t rely on their appt scheduling abilities.

Best pedicure I have had in Columbus. No wait. Great massage. I have tried almost all of the salons in the Grandview /​Upper Arlington area and this is the best one I have found.

I have been to several nail salons in the Upper Arlington area, and this is my favorite. Dorothy is especially friendly and does a great job every time. The atmosphere is relaxing, and spacious. I have been to some salons that are so cramped and noisy, with the TV blaring news or soap operas, and I find it really annoying. So, when I came here and found a calm environment with pleasing lighting and plenty of space, I was relieved. I have only had gel manicures done here, but I live Attractive Nails!

I’ve been coming here since my friends gave a gift card four years ago. I LOVE this place. I’ve had Kim take care of my nails and Ivy does pedicures and I’ve never had a anything less than stellar service. I would never go anywhere else!

I love Attractive Nails. I get acrylic nails and they last longer than any other nail salon I have been to. They do not lift on the edges like acrylic nails I have had done at other places in the past. Kim does a great job, but when I was in on Monday I had a man do my nails and he was very outgoing and friendly. Highly recommend! If you go, please note they do not accept American Express and prefer tips be given in cash.

I love this place. I always get gel polish done, and pedicures. Everyone has always been nothing but polite. They do a great job! Sun is my favorite and makes the whole place laugh. He seems to be the comedian of the group. There is a lot of ‘older’ clientele that seems to go there… sometimes snooty upper arlington ladies. But I really enjoy the salon.

Best mani/​pedi I’ve ever had, and I’m a mani/​pedi snob. I lived in Chicago for a long time and got them there all the time — this is hands down the best I’ve been to. Each of the techs is meticulous and takes their time, no matter how busy they are, which I always appreciate. I used to hate in Chi-​town when the person doing your nails would look up and see 10 people waiting, and then rush through and mess up your mani so they could turn over customers faster. These guys are awesome, and it doesn’t matter which nail tech you get either. They’re all money. My nails always look super clean /​gorgeous /​flawless, and they always last for a long time.
The only downside to this place is that you can wait awhile during peak times, but it’s worth it. Also, I believe it’s all OPI polish there and I love Essie, so I always bring my favorite color just to make sure they’ll have what I want.

I’ve always had good service here and my mani pedis last. Very clean. During peak times you can have a long wait.

I’ve been here 5 or 6 times. The second time and the last 2 times they have been way overzealous trimming the cuticles and have torn mine to pieces. Who wants a pretty new manicure with bloody cuticles?!
Polish is uneven across the nail and not all nails are shaped the same or the same length (even after specifically asking).
All about speed, not about quality. I’ve given them 5 chances– all with diff technicians. Won’t be back.
