Service: 5 Food: 3.5 Wasn’t a fan of the lemon pepper wing sauce, but their original hot wings are pretty good, although I wish they were a bit crispier. I have to agree that their bleu cheese is amazing — it’s definitely extra chunky — my fave! Also got the onion and cucumber salad, didn’t think it was anything special, but our server Heather was awesome and made us both fans of this place. :)

Everything that was ordered was DELICIOUS! I had their onion soup and a side of steak fries, my hubby had wings(half BBQ and half Caribbean) and our friend had a chicken wrap. For starters, the friendly service from the get go was super, the waitress came right away with waters after we sat down and had a smile all the way. My soup was the real deal with everything that it’s supposed to have(I’ve had them before where they either forget to put the bread or the cheese or it’s too greasy). The wrap had a whole chicken breast sliced in it and the wings were finger-licking good. Definitely coming back!!!

Had their wings(BBQ and Southern California) and they were pretty good. Make sure you have plenty of napkins with you though, they are messy. Service was good and restaurant was clean. I’d go back for lunch again.

I was a little worried when I walked in. Not that the place is a dump or anything like that. It’s just that it looks like a million other restaurants. Well my fear of the mundane was put to rest at the first bite. My Ruben was outstanding. Definitely a level above. Then I had the spinach Maria. Had no idea what it was before but now I know it is one of my favorites. I spend most my time on the road and it is always nice to find something special.

This is one of my frequent places to eat. Great wings and great service. I was a little disappointed today to see a 75 cent charge for bacon bits to go on a $ 4.99 salad. I’m not sure when bacon became that expensive. But I will still go back; I just won’t get the bacon bits.

Best wings you’ll find in town! The Caribbean burn sauce is amazing! Always have a beer of the month for $ 2! Love this local restaurant!

Went here today for lunch, they were packed! The host was quick to seat us… With a smile! Our server Alisha was prompt and very nice! She gave us excellent recommendations and answered all of our questions with confidence. Being the GM of a restaurant myself, it was refreshing to have a server not only smile genuinely but know her stuff, if I could have 10 Alisha’s I’d be a happy camper. If we are ever in the area again I will certainly stop back in!

As always, I was not disappointed with my experience here. Saturday night dinner with my family, a 15 to 30 minute wait was quoted and we were seated sooner than expected. I love the French onion soup so I got a cup portions worth and split a double portion of hot wings(20 wings) in medium sauce with the table(3 people). We sat, ate, talked, and enjoyed our experience here for over 2 hours. Bottom line, the wings are amazing and the service is great. Definitely worth a visit!

Great wings… wing sauces and dressings are homemade– for blue cheese lovers this is the place to go because the blue cheese dressing has huge chunks of blue cheese and it is very creamy. They have a full bar, wine selection, and 160 beers. The best deal is the beer of the month draft — 20oz draft for $ 1.99…where can you beat that? They also have a great salad selection for the health conscious

OK for a sports bar but the food was average at best. Vegetable casserole was mostly bread, with a slice of cheese food melted on top. roasted chicken was unseasoned. Waitress was friendly. Beer was good but, small selection of draft for this type of establishment and, no list available to select from. Had to choose from waitress’s memory which did not seem too complete.

Had the chicken wings… good but they charge extra for more ranch dressing… great atmosphere. Also my glass was dirty and waitress did not inform of extra charge

Usually not a bad place to eat and usually has good wings, Try the Caribbean burn, it isn’t bad but today I received tiny wings and an I don’t give a damn attitude from the manager named Tiffany. Her non-customer service gives me reason to wonder if I will give enough of a damn to eat there again.

I kept hearing rave reviews about this place, especially their chicken. But I didn’t find the food to be anything special. It was just ok. I ordered the chicken and my husband had ribs. He wasn’t impressed, either.

The service was average but the food is not good at all. Maybe the wings are good but we tried the half chicken dinner and southwestern wrap which were not good.

I’ve scoured the earth for the best wings and this place has them. Best blue cheese too!

Absolutely my FAVORITE wings. Always crispy, fresh celery/carrots, awesome blue cheese dressing, and sauce that I buy and take home from every trip to Columbus! Their original wing sauce is my favorite, but their«Caribbean Burn»(original hot sauce mixed w sweet Caribbean) is growing on me… I’ll add a picture when I head there next week, because there’s something about that dark glazed presentation that convinced me to «risk» ordering something other than Original… My mom loves the salads, most of which are topped off w their rotisserie chicken, and their nachos are an awesome appetizer… that is, if u have enough folks there to finish it off without filling up! Def recommend this to anyone in Columbus; and guys, don’t worry about missing the game on Saturday or Sunday… you have a view from any corner of the restaurant.

The thing about the World Beer Tour and the Hall of Foam is that Old Chicago, a chain based out of Denver, has been doing things suspiciously close to this for nearly thirty years. On the one hand, it’s a good idea, and I’m glad to see it’s something that B Merrell’s has embraced, but come on, the ‘influence’ is blatant. World Beer Tour? Hall of Foam? Sure, maybe those phrases are pretty obvious no matter who you are, and maybe B Merrell’s makes you drink a little more to complete your tour, but still, the comparison is stark. The food’s a different story, and though the place was designed around rotisserie chicken, rotisserie chicken is kinda lame, so their wings have become the main draw. The hottest of the normal flavor was about average for a traditional Buffalo hot sauce, so the sweat wasn’t exactly trickling, but the wings were nicely crispy, and light enough to plow through a dozen with room for sides. Sides, like the three vegetable dealy which may or may not include collard greens, vegetable casserole, and spinach maria. I’ve never heard of spinach maria, though it appears to be a regional dish of about a 50⁄50 blend of spinach and cheese — not entirely sure if I can count it in the vegetable column with that much cheese, and it’s probably not something I’d order again. Nothing wrong with the greens. The vegetable casserole was a nice custard-based suspension of squash and zucchini that I thought really gave it a nice down-home feel. Again, it wasn’t what I was really looking for when I think ‘vegetable’, but I liked it. And, darn it, Old Chicago rip-off or not, this is a popular concept that deserved to be copied, and if it’s as well pulled-off and as well beholden as B Merrell, I guess it’s not so bad.
