Ballooniacs

BalLOONiacs never ceases to amaze me. I’ve seen them create a doctor riding a motorcycle, a life-​sized pink elephant for a bat mitzvah, and when I had my daughter, I was sent a bouquet of «flowers» with a girl’s head made out of balloons. It was a riot and all of my visitors loved it. This company really does deliver a special and unique product.

I love this company. They always impress me with their work. They did my daughters’ Bat Mitzvah. The balloons were more then I could have imagined. I have ordered arrangements for birthdays and for when babies are born and get well balloons. They are the go to balloon people.

I scheduled for the Ballooniacs to come to my son’s 4^th birthday almost 2 – 3 months in advance. We were SO excited to have them come and make the kids some fun creations at Kingdom of Bounce where we held the party. A few weeks before I sent in my $ 50 deposit, I also signed my contract and they confirmed. Today, the day of the party, after already being 15 minutes late I called the owner, Randy, and asked him where they were. You could tell by the sound of his voice no one was coming. He confirmed to me with a phone call back no one was coming. I told him that was unacceptable and his response was that he was sorry, but he was on a bus, he couldn’t do anything about it. He offered to do his next party free, but obviously I’d rather not have Ballooniacs do anything for me again. I just want my money back and to let them know they let down about 18 preschoolers today… it’s about the experience and they really screwed it up for us. Don’t use them.
