We were supposed to have my daughter’s birthday party here tomorrow… Oh wait, they shut down, didn’t call us, and kept our deposit. Sign said they are moving to new location. Won’t be frequenting the new spot, hope you won’t either. I actually want to give them zero stars but that’s not an option…

This place is a great place to have parties. We got invited to a party and it was clean and well organized. The party helpers were young and enthused. Kids can’t wait to go back.

This place is nasty. We came here for a birthday party and I was immediately struck at how odd it was to have a bounce place in the middle of an office complex. When we walked it, I noticed how dirty the while building was — like giant dust bunnies all over the floor and mats where we were supposed to be walking around without shoes. Gross. The entire place was staffed by a few younger women who spent most of their time — including while they were cutting birthday cake — texting and chatting on their cell phones. Overall, I would stay far, far away from this place.

Fun place for kids to burn off some energy, especially in the winter. $ 7 for 1st kid with open bounce and $ 3/kid after that. They have punch cards for open bounce as well. Birthday parties here are popular and fun. We’ve done 3 here for our kids and gone to another half dozen or so. The price is decent and the kids get to bounce for awhile and get a birthday party room for a bit after, to eat and open presents.

We’ve been coming here when things are slow off and on for about 6 months now but this is our first time at the new facility. They’ve moved around the corner to the front of the same business park(suite 2188) and we were very pleasantly surprised by the changes. They didn’t just move to a suite with a/c(our expectation). This place has taken all the issues we had with the old facility & totally turned them around. You walk in to a beautiful, colorful lobby that is both adult friendly with more seating & a fireplace as well as kid friendly with plenty of vending and gaming machines. There are multiple rooms for parties, hand sanitizer pumps on every corner, cups & filtered water rather than drinking fountains, and wifi for the parents. They’ve reduced the bouncers from 6 to 5, but I can promise you it didn’t detract from our experience. At $ 25 for a 5-bounce punch card with no expiration and $ 2 for sibling entries, your kids will love this place for a change of pace when the weather is too wet, hot, or cold for running off energy outside. And with all the updates, you won’t dread bringing them!
