I bought a power rack, bench, & Olympic weights with bar last month. The best purchase for home workouts, since I bought the rollers.
I decided to DIY on assembling the power rack, once it was together I was afraid to put any weight on it. :-) First rule of DIY, always trust yourself — but trust the professionals more. There were no mishaps & all has functioned accordingly.
Checkout their deals online. Tonight I added a plate tree to my setup, because organization is key. And I know the members of my gym always rack the weights when they are finished. Can you say the same about your gym?
Exactly so setup your own home gym. In the long run it is way cheaper & that chick on Thursday nights isn’t ever going out with you anyway! ;-)
