Bins

I highly recommend Bins. Greg is great to work with. Also, the delivery persons are very nice and a pleasure to talk to as they deliver or pick up the bins. One even knocked on my door to give me a stink bug remedy that he couldn’t remember while we were talking.
The bin itself was clean and in excellent condition.
I hope this is my last move and won’t need to use them again, but if I do, I will. I highly recommend them.

First it took 2 phone calls and 2 form submissions to get a single call back. Then when they did call back they said they did not do bins for less than a month. The reason we were persistent in reaching them is because they clearly say they have shorter rental periods, and we just wanted to a space to store stuff from basement and garage while we were deep cleaning and sprucing up. They emphatically said they do no such thing, minimum is a month (you can then rent in 14 day increments after a month). BUT I quote from their website and it says it in more than one place:
Do you offer price reductions for services less then a month?
Yes, we offer a 14-​days or less on-​site storage or moving service to help save you money. If you only need the Bins for up to 14 days or less of loading and unloading time we have a reduced 14-​days rate, and if you go over the 14 day period we will simply adjust your rate to our monthly rates.
No two ways to interpret that.
Also, their form fillout is misleading. You think you are going to get the quote, only to be told they have to call you back. Which they don’t.
Unimpressed.

Columbus Bins is cheaper than the leading competitor, provides AMAZING quick service and has nice clean containers. Until we filled it with our worldly belongings, the bin doubled nicely as a dance stage and singing chamber for our young daughter.
I view these big bins as a necessary evil — you want to fill it fast, and then you want it GONE fast. These guys were unbelievable with their customer service — quick, friendly and painless.
Then, when you want it back… you want your stuff back RIGHT NOW! And ditto on the back end, they made with the quickness. Muchas gracias.

I rarely write reviews because I’m rarely overly satisfied; I am generally underwhelmed by the level of service I receive from the vast majority of businesses. I’m writing this because I feel I got exceptional service from Columbus Bins. I am extremely happy with the flexibility, follow-​up and follow through of the company. Moving is stressful and we had a particularly stressful move due to our closing being delayed with no known date until the very last minute, we found out hours before we were to close.
Through all the rescheduling and juggling of dates Columbus Bins was absolutely great to deal with. I gave them very little notice and expected they would not be able to meet the crazy schedule thrown at me. However, quite the opposite happened. They were able to exceed my expectations on every level. Greg was great to work with and their drivers were professional, courteous, and on-​time!
This company got it right… while I hope to not need this service again for a long time, I would highly recommend Columbus Bins to anyone who wants fast, flexible, on-​time, and convenient storage or to move their belongings. Far better than renting a truck to move!

What a great service, were here on time and really took care of us well. I have and will continue to recommended Bins.
