Went with a birthday party of 12. We were seated immediately and our server was Autumn. Our food arrived in a timely fashion — hot and delicious. She kept all our drinks refilled and cleared the table we had finished. I would highly recommend this location and specifically Autumn. She was kind, professional and very attentive to our needs.

I happened to be on this side of town and attempted this Bob Evans again to find out things have not improved. Short answer: no. Total chaos up front, the waiting area was packed with folks(at least 5 parties, total of 18 people at least) waiting to be seated on a Tuesday night about 7:00 pm, and no greeter, and maybe more telling, manager, in sight. After 4 – 5 minutes of being ignored we decided if the front was being let go so badly there was no reason to expect anything else to go any better so we high-tailed it out of there. I don’t know how some Bob Evans locations in the same town can run flawlessly all the time while others like this one are consistently in the weeds.

We have always had poor experiences at this location. The final straw was a few weeks ago when we ordered carry-out and upon opening the items at home, we discovered half of our order was missing. We called the restaurant to correct the situation and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up again six times in a row. We assume because by this time it was ten minutes till close. Finally someone actually answered and we spoke to a manager. We were told by Thomas, the manager that he would send out a gift card in the amount of the missing items, since it was closing time and we did not want to leave again and let the rest of our food go cold. He apologized for the behavior of the staff member who hung up on us and agreed it was unacceptable. Again, this was several weeks, maybe over a month ago. We have yet to receive the promised gift card or refund.

A very poor experience at breakfast. Our server was very slow, and never brought several of our items to us. Had to go to the desk just to get syrup for the pancakes. And Lillie, the server only had two other small tables. So she wasn’t overly busy. Just very poorly attentive. The coffee was also terrible. Very bitter and obviously had been brewed hours ago and held. By the end of the meal we still didn’t get some of pur sides & had to go to the front for several of the things we did get. Not a location I would recommend.
