This location helped me cater my family’s Christmas dinner. Everything was ready when I got there and the directions were easy to understand. I got so many compliments on the food!

I have purchased lunch and dinner from this location several times however; I have found the workers to be very rude, food not available and while I was in line the worker was having a personal conversation with a customer and continued with a line of customers behind. The cashier was very rude never said one thing except the price took her time giving me my change and of course no thank you. I will not go back to that location after 1÷10÷16. I also was told that they received the dirty dish award!!!

Horrible service especially by the manager Andrew Denson who wouldn’t resolve my issues… He had his other manager talk back and forth with me because I guess he was too busy for his customers. This area of town is so depressed and so many businesses are going under or have gone under you would think places would treat customers better. I spent over $ 100 on a holiday meal, was shorted 5 items and was told I had to come back that day and that day only to get my items. My only option even though I was getting ready to sit down and eat thanksgiving dinner with my family. All I wanted was to get a rain check and they refused. AVOID this place at all costs!!!

The food here has always been fresh and tasty at very reasonable prices. But I came here on tax day(April 15) for their buy one get one free promo. Despite them being jam packed during the lunch rush hour, everyone was extremely courteous & polite while still getting us through the line quickly. They were in the middle of getting more white chicken meat, stuffing, and mashed potatoes ready, but given just how busy they were at the time it wasn’t bad at all. Kudos to the workers here for keeping their cool even during a busy and hectic time period despite some of their customers not being nearly as relaxed.

Living in Bexley means your food choices are a bit limited — especially if you’re looking for carryout. The Mister and I have regular conversations in which we try to figure out what we’re going to have for dinner, and we usually end up a bit disappointed. I had never been to Boston Market, so we decided to give it a shot. We placed our order and paid online — how exciting to not have to talk to someone! The website told us to wait 25 minutes, and I arrived right on time. That’s when the first problem happen… THEREISNODRIVETHROUGH. AND I WAS A HOTMESS. No, no – that’s not their fault. I still think it’s worth noting. When I arrived and mentioned my online order, the lady looked surprised and said they hadn’t made it yet and that it would be a few minutes wait. Okay, so look — I’m not trying to be spoiled princess here… but WTF? What is the point of ordering online and waiting 25 minutes when they’re not going to have it ready? And everything is already cooked, so I’m sure what happened in those 25 minutes. The people were very nice — just a bit lost on how to make this a better experience. Some of the food was was okay, and some things were just bad. I had a fairly good idea of what I was getting myself into, but I was still left disappointed. I liked my barbecue chicken, and Keith liked his ribs — but the sides were overall big misses. In the end, Boston Market isn’t great. I’ll probably stick to my drive-thru salads from Piada.

I love a fast food place with real plates and silverware. The food isn’t as good as I remember it but it isn’t terrible. It could have been hotter but I guess the heat lamps are just to make it look pretty. The cashier wasn’t friendly despite my attempt at exercising my good manners by saying please and thank you. I had an entertainment coupon for a free dessert and when I asked if I could use it, she took it and still no words. At this point ibassumed she was mute but she spoke to give me my total. I guess friendly banter isn’t part of the ring out process. If my food were hot, I would give 4 maybe even 5 stars.

What the hell? I walk in here with a friend, and we’re immediatly told WEAREOUTOFCHICKEN. While it was kind of late(around 8:45 on a week night), how the hell do they run out of chicken? My friend had a question about another item, and the scowling lady behind the counter snapped back«That’s been discontinued!». No smiles here, just a couple of EXTREMELY pissed off looking employees. We were hungry, but these people were just so rude we had to leave.

What can I say its Boston Market? It’s good food, good prices. I recommend the rotisserie chicken. Rotisserie chicken 1−5=4.
