Last night my wife’s employer, Extended Resources, had their Christmas party at the Brio. It was on the second floor and the building was nicely decorated and clean. I was concerned because I need a wheelchair, but the elevator made the trip upstairs a breeze. We had the family style meal of two salad types, chicken, beef medallions, lasagna, vegetables, mashed potatoes, deserts and bread. Everything was delicious. The food was the correct temperature and fresh. I only wish I had room for more because my eyes Wanted more, but my stomachs said no. The staff was prompt, friendly and professional. We will definitely return on our on

Looks like Brio does not want us to eat healthy. I always went to Brio because I knew I could get whole wheat pasta substituted for any pasta on the menu. Not anymore! With their new menu Change last week they no longer offer whole wheat or whole grain pasta. It will be harder to eat here in the future and maintain my high fiber diet.

Have to start off by this is our first time here and Ronnie our server is great. The atmosphere is great and I am looking forward to the vodka pasta. More to follow. Ok. I finished eating and the food was phenomenal. I recommend this place. Have a great day everyone.

Ideal location for work meetings. I have attend an annual meeting in their Sienna room and always enjoy it. Wonderfully decorated space, attentive and quiet staff, outlets, free wifi and delicious food.

My husband and I went out for the evening and thought we would give the Polaris location a try. We placed our order. When the waitress came with our food, she dropped my husband’s plate which in turn hit my full water glass which dumped on the front of my blouse and lap [also, water spilled into my(new) purse]. It was an honest mistake, she just misjudged. I was soaked and in the cool restaurant, was cold. The manager came out, talked to us a second, then did nothing about it, other than change the table cloth. I thought we would have an offer of a complimentary meal, either at that time or a future date, but nothing was said or offered. My dinner was uncomfortable with being both wet and cold. We didn’t jump up and scream or make a big scene, maybe they only take care of the screamers. We found it odd that, they almost treated it as if nothing happened. Maybe they are on a tight budget with low numbers of clients and can’t afford to be gracious.

I’ve been here a few times now for private events on the second floor. They have done a great job with family style dining and accommodating a lively crowd. The pasta brio and pasta diavolo are some my favorites. The salmon is prepared well except I think we be better with a bit more seasoning. The space itself is pretty with grand staircase and gives any event a little more formal feel.

My wife and I have been to the location at Easton two or three times and have always had good experiences. This past Saturday we decided to give the Polaris location a try. The restaurant wasn’t very busy for 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and we were seated quickly within about 50 feet of the bar. The ambience was good and the restaurant was beautiful with an upscale feel. All is well so far. Our slender young waiter makes an appearance after a few minutes, and it is apparent within about five seconds that this guy is not friendly and would rather be anywhere else at that moment. Drink and appetizer orders are taken and our soup arrives within five minutes, but my wife’s drink is nowhere to be found. After another five minutes we inquire about the drink which he takes care of after a quick conversation with the bartender. The drink(Peach Belini) is good but is seriously light on the alcohol. For eight dollars we expected more. I thought the Lobster Bisque was bad, but my wife really enjoyed hers. The sourdough bread they brought out as well as the herb flatbread was very good. While we are waiting on our food we couldn’t help but notice that the help seemed miserable. No smiles. No one was friendly, or warm. Weird. Well the bartender was friendly, but was also a loud talker :) At least he was nice though. Our food arrives within 35 — 45 minutes(geesh!) and my chicken limone is unique and very tasty. The mashed potatoes are not very good though. Very thin with little to no butter or milk. Ten tons of garlic though. My wife did not enjoy her chicken under the brick with mushroom marsala sauce. She also did not enjoy the overwhelming garlic flavor of the potatoes, the roasted vegetables, or the strong alcohol taste of the marsala sauce. Total bill was $ 50(minus tip). When we left I asked the host and the hostess where the restroom is and of course they were about as friendly as our wonderful waiter(sarcasm). Overall impressions: The food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but good enough to eat. The service is where an issue seems to lie — lots of people who appear to dislike their jobs. Not a horrible experience — I’ve had much worse. We might have to give the food and service one more try down the road some time.

Its a chain Italian place at a mall. I found the restaurant to be very cute and enjoyed the atmosphere. We went on a weekday night and it was still pretty crowded, but not to the point where it slowed anything down. The reason for the three stars. I just didn’t think the food was worth the price. The prices were moderately high and the food was moderate. It wasn’t BAD. It just wasn’t that good. Tasted like Italian food I could make at home(homemade in this sense isn’t a compliment) but I was paying a lot of money for it. Probably wouldn’t be back.

We went last night for a birthday dinner. I have never been to this chain before and rest assured, I will never be back. The ambience was great, the place was packed, the waiter was attentative… it all looked good until the food came. It was just awful. My ravioli tasted like cheap and frozen ravioli with a sauce that had butter and not much else. I could not finish the whole thing. My husband had a steak, cooked poorly with burned vegetables that he could not even touch and mashed potatoes that it was just, you know, mashed potatoes. For that, a drink and your average cesar salad, our check mounted to over 60 bucks. We could have gone to a fast food joint, eat better food and pay a third of the price. You have been warned.

Went to Brio for a meeting during lunch in one of their Private rooms upstairs. We got great service. I highly recommend booking a room in advance for your next event. The server was attentive, it was quiet and we could hear everyone in our group without the added restaurant noise. The food never disappoints me. On this particular day I got the Salmon salad. The perfect combination of salty and savory. The salmon was perfectly cooked, not to warm and definitely not cold. Who likes a cold Salmon on a salad anyways. Yum!

Go a lot for date nights with husband. Great food! Enjoyed fun berry mojito last time that’s worth a try for sure. Love that it’s connected to mall so after we can walk off some calories. :).

Brio is by far my favorite Italian restaurant chain in Columbus. It’s slightly more expensive, but the atmosphere and the quality of food that you get here is far better than the Olive Garden, Carraba, or Bravo. Even though they’re both owned by the same group, Brio’s menu for some reason is far more attractive than Bravo’s to my wife and I. We really enjoy their wedge salad(bistecca insalata) and appetizer items like calamari, bruschetta, beef carpacchio. Their risotto is our most recommended entrée item. On the other hand, due to the fact that salad isn’t included in your meal automatically like it is at the Olive Garden, your bill can be much higher than you might expect if you’re used to the Olive Garden. Order with caution. Compared to the other location at Easton, this location at Polaris has better private event space.(there’s a second floor here that’s all event space) We had our work Christmas party here last month and it was a very positive experience. Anne Anderson is the name of their event coordinator, and she did a great job accomodating all of our requests in setting up the event! If you’re looking to do something like a wedding rehearsal dinner, I think Brio is an excellent option.

We are fans of Brio; however we introduced our friends and they were very impressed. The food was excellent. salad was huge and the other portions a little small. Overall, very good but the server was pretty rude.

This was only my 2nd trip to this Brio location although I have also visited their location at Easton Town Center. Brio is a little more upscale than many of the local Italian restaurants but is still has a fairly moderately priced menu. When we visited on a Thursday evening, the restaurant was fairly busy but service was still very good. Our waiter was attentive without being too intrusive. The food was also very good. We enjoyed their Chicken Limone(a Piccata style dish) with a pasta side dish and salad. A side note — they also have a very nice area UPSTAIRS with private rooms that can accommodate groups for private meetings/parties, etc. I’m giving Brio 4 stars based on a combination of nice décor and fair prices coupled with excellent service and good food.

We have gone to Brio before, but thought we’d give it another try. We were thrilled to see a real restaurant in the Mall, especially since we were starved! So 3 of us had to wait 55 min. on a table on a Sat. night. Ok… no big deal. The service was superb. I only wish the food measured up to the wait staff. I got lasagna(approx. $ 18)which was large in size but thin in layers and came with no sides. No salad. Only a small loaf of bread & butter to share. The others in my party had the same experience with their food, over priced & nothing spectacular. Save your money & go to another Italian place.

Have been here a number of times for lunch. Conveniently located at the Polaris mall. Ample parking area is available with an option for valet parking. My meals have always been very delicious. Recently, I tried their Bruschetta Quattro for an appetizer and Ravioli Di Diablo for lunch — delightful. The service staff have been exceptional and responsive. Delivery of meal items to one’s table can be a bit slow during peak times. They have a relaxing open air environment. Reasonably priced menu items.

My. Mind. Is. Blown. For the price of ½ of a drink in ny, here during happy hour you can get a good app & sip. Or 2 apps. How is this possible? Loving it… And this seems to be the norm here in general in columbus. Talk about saving money on a weekend getaway… Winning all the way.

My family loves coming here so much we had a rehearsal dinner here before my brother’s wedding. The rehearsal dinners/banquets are held upstairs in the restaurant. This was very convenient for our wedding party since we had a lot of out of towners here. We had the full bar service upstairs for our party and had the entire area to ourselves. I have eaten downstairs too, but the upstairs service is even better. They are at your table replacing the dishes whenever they are empty. They are great with the kids too because they will get the kids their plates out as soon as the parents order their dish. We had a very happy party at the end even though we were a little cramped in the room we ate at.

Came to this location for the first time a month or so ago, but had been to the Easton Brio once before. Both times the food I had was absolutely delicious, and my dinner companions enjoyed their food as well. This last time I had the Campanelle Carbonara, and my bf had the Sausage Peperonata Pomodoro. I had actually been trying to pick between the two when he told me he was having the latter, so that made my choice pretty easy. I ended up trying his and they were both very good. Brio is a bit on on the pricy side, but they are good sized portions so you will definitely walk away full.
