Abrasive customer service– the manager of the store, Shanta, was quite possibly the rudest retail associate I’ve ever dealt with. This is coming from someone who has worked retail jobs for years. She was thoroughly condescending when I asked questions about products and blatantly would ignore my questions to push other products in the store. She spoke to me like I was a child and has no tact whatsoever. Go to the store in Easton instead.

This was, by far the worst customer service ever. I’m only writing this review after several attempts to contact the company, and no response. I was shopping for products (shaving mug, soap etc.) to go with an antique safety razor I purchased online for my husband. I asked to see a safety razor that was on display. The razor I purchased hadn’t arrived yet, and I wanted an idea of what one looked like. When I mentioned this to the associate he took the razor OUT OF MY HAND as I was looking at it. He then put it back in the display case, and simply walked away to help another customer. Do yourself a favor and buy shaving products online, there are some great online shops, with great customer service and more affordable products.

This is the place to go for men’s shaving needs. Hands down the best selection of high quality shaving goods in the city. Don’t go in expecting to spend less than $ 100 but believe me it’s worth it.

FINALLY!!! An Art of Shaving has made it to the Columbus area!
Even better, its a store for MEN… nothing the women’s department can take over and crowd the men’s section into a little corner…
This is a high-end store for all needs of shaving. Nothing but the best!!!
To come here is an experience, and the staff is oh so helpful and knowledgeable!
When you pay for the best, you get the best… all around!
They have all the best razors, brushes, stands, etc. And all of their facial products are pretty good too. If you have to shave ever day, which most men do, why not use a superior product that will give you the best results possible.
When you use disposable, that’s the kind of shave you get; when you use a superior quality razor, that is the kind of shave you get.
Need I say more?
