THIS IS A GREAT FACILITY. It is in a nice part of town, clean, and orderly. I have stored here many times and LOVE THIS PLACE. I have always had to store things and have used many storage units across the US and this one has by far been the best experience.
I recommend using the temp controlled units. I tried a non temp control one for a few months and it was awful in the summer time. Can’t imagine how cold in the winter too. Just pay a little extra and have the comfort of the climate control. Also keeps your things in good shape if they are store in climate control.

Beware the «free move in truck». I was told to gas it up before returning it and provide a receipt, pretty standard procedure. I drove it six miles, it took nearly four gallons to top it off. Brought the receipt back to the office and let them know I paid for my and likely the prior users gas. He told me it should have been checked out the prior evening to ensure it was full. Never offered to compensate me, then told me I would be getting a phone call if there was any damage found from my use of the vehicle (?). It wasn’t worth the time or effort to point out his failings in customer service, not for $ 11 worth of gas. You get the truck for a four hour window. You can rent the same truck from uhaul for $ 20 and you get it all day.
