If you’ve got a guilty pleasure craving for Chinese buffet, here you have it. The space is clean and presentable with modern finishes. And as a Bexley resident, it’s super close! There is one line of cold buffet and two double-sided hot buffets. On them, you’ll find the usual fare you’d expect to find at a restaurant of this style. A lot of the dishes were chicken, which I don’t eat, but my husband chimes in «they were decent.» As a fish eater, I enjoyed several shrimp dishes, a filet of salmon, and those shamefully good cheesy mussels and imitation crab. They also had legitimate crab legs, but the guy at the table next to us kept piling his plate high and so we think they stopped bringing them out for a while. Besides all these tasty, greasy, proteins, there are pans of fried rice, lo mein, plain rice, and a few soups, crab rangoon, and rolls. The cold bar has a few Asian-inspired dishes like sushi and shrimp cocktail, but nothing fancy and the shrimp(major pet peeve) were not deveined. Alongside that, there are some typical buffet items like pudding, fruit, several kinds of cookies, and a soft serve ice cream machine. All in all, if you’re craving plate after plate of Chinese(ish) dishes and a sampling of this and that, you’ll be very happy. There is no specific dish that stands out, but it was satisfying and a real bargain! We got an especially good deal because our 4-year-old, who described it as «the best restaurant ever» was $ 5 for quite a bit of food, and the 2-year-old made a good dent for free! I’m sure we will return, but it’s not rave-worthy.

Good times! The food was great and the service was 100% perfect. They had a wide and varied selection from seafood to desserts. Dinner buffet is 10.95 and lunch is 7.00 or so. Totally worth it. The only minor complaint is the décor… what is it with Chinese places all looking like they are from 1993? Dated pinkish paint and décor. If this place had more modern décor it would be a hot and fun first date spot or a hidden gem. A positive note on the décor was the tables had these cool fish pictures on them. I would definitely return.

Here’s the deal. Buffets are nasty to begin with but ya got to do what ya got to do. Food could have been warmer and the selection could have been a little better. Place was clean and overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Would I come back, why not, sometimes I like it nasty!!!

I went expecting the worse but I was actually pleased with this place. It had two buffet stations with pans of traditional American Chinese food. We went at lunch so there was a limited amount. I’m told the dinner spread is even more substantial with more seafood and crab legs. As with other reviewers, this place could use a spruce up which is odd considering they haven’t been open long. Not necessarily filthy, just worn. As if they got all their furnishing and bath stalls second hand. Sloppy interior paint job. Don’t go expecting to be blown away but if u want to get full on some decent food for $ 8 at lunch then u might wanna try them out. I will go again

Went to see if this would replace the family’s preferred Chinese buffet… it did not. The foods were bland and temperature control was an issue.

This is an odd little area for restaurants. It’s not in or near a neighborhood; most of the customers probably come from the hotels. There are actually some decent restaurants in those hotels, but when I want to go out for something good they don’t even cross my mind. Is that wrong? Anyway, if I were staying there I might partake. As it is, I stop by the more casual places for lunch on the way to work, or for a quick weekend meal. We usually end up at Donato’s, or sometimes Subway or Jimmy John’s. McDonald’s? No. Waffle House? In a dire emergency. So it’s nice to see something different come in here. I’ve been watching and waiting for a couple of months now, and today I got the chance to stop in. And: it’s a pretty typical Chinese buffet. I love Chinese, and like Chinese buffets. I rate them on their own scale– they’re not fine dining. This one is decent– some stuff is clearly frozen or otherwise prepped offsite, some is made here. They had the usual Americanized Chinese items, plus some standard American stuff for the kids. Quality varies, and some temperatures were low. All in all, it’s fine, but not outstanding in any way. It’s early days, and I bet they will get better. Service was great, the place is clean and comfortable, and prices are decent. I’m sure I’ll be back.
