Cosi is a chain of sandwich shops which feature a perceived healthy menu, upscale dining areas, and fast casual service system where you place an order at the counter and then have the food brought to your table. There is a pretty extensive menu of bowls, Flatbread pizza, soups, salads, sandwiches, and melts. They also serve breakfast and a coffee menu. You can choose any two of half sandwich, soup, or salad under their Taste Two menu. I chose and Asian Salmon salad and beef Gorgonzola melt. The food was fine — and certainly better for you than a Whopper from BK next door — but nothing to write home about. The salad was crisp and fresh. I got the dressing on the side. I wish I had done the same with the creamy Bleu cheese dressing on the sandwich. It was delicious and had great Gorgonzola flavor, but there was just too much of it. The menu also said the sandwich would feature steak medallions but it seemed like just deli roast beef to me. I love the dining room with a wide variety of seating types, table sizes, and layout available. Cosi should be on your rotation of lunch places if you have one nearby.

Great for soups and sandwiches. I really like their turkey with Brie sandwich. The spicy honey mustard hits the spot. I usually get the sandwiches with multigrain bread. I really used to like their tandoori sandwich but don’t see it on their menu anymore. The pork belly banh-mi is another one of my favorites. I also use to like their hummus a lot. Don’t much care for the chicken noodle soup here. They usually serve it tepid and I always have to ask them to reheat. However, their turkey chili and tomato bisque are pretty good. At this particular location the server at this location was super friendly and friendly! Oh one more thing. The wifi is free but very slow.

I was hungry and it was lunch time so I decided to head over to COSI since it’s really near my home. I sampled the blondie brownie it was deliciousio. I ended up ordering the signature salad to go since I was in a hurry because I was about to run a ridiculously difficult trail. The salad was great just the pick me up and energy I needed before my difficult run. Trust me I have to face this trail in 2 weeks for a 5K and the people who signed up for this don’t know what’s coming for them. Onto the restaurant, the atmosphere is very inviting. I liked the smores preview coming in. The salads are plentiful and you have different sandwich and soup options. It felt like a Panera which I love. I’m definitely making this my go to place whether it’s solo or with company.

Go to panera. Better prices and better tasting for mostly the same food. Or just make your own sandwiches and soup. Was not a fan. Positives: parking and quick.

Cosi had a wide selection of original sandwiches with an upscale sophisticated feel and taste(without the upscale price). My ultimate favorite is the Pork Belly Banh Mi sandwich. The pork belly is marinated in a succulent sauce topped with pickled red cabbage and cilantro. It is a perfect combo of slightly tangy and salty with a burst of heat from the fresh jalapeño peppers(which you can hold if not a fan). I also love the quiet atmosphere of the place and the fact that after you order at the counter, your food is brought to your table rather than having to listen for your name and number and carry everything yourself. This place is in the same price range as Panera but so much better in terms of selection, taste, quality, and atmosphere. And they even have wine and cocktails!

Very tasty lunch selections. We had the half sandwich and soup deals; tomato basil soup and chicken tandoori sandwich, also turkey Brie and honey mustard sandwich on whole grain bread. Staff was friendly and helpful, and fast too. Great place for a quick lunch. Everything was delicious!(I was hungry so I started to eat before I took the photo!)

Great place to eat fast food that is not horrible for you. Flat bread is amazing and all their sandwiches taste good. Vegetarian friendly

…Seriously? I don’t know how this chain survives. The food… is like the Waffle House of Panera Bread. I just… don’t understand. Why did my Vege sandwich only come with onion dip + lettuce + squash? Or why the Turkey and Brie sandwich was, literally… prepackaged turkey meat and slices of dirt-like brie? We ordered two sandwiches and two coffees, which came out to be a total of $ 20. Sorry, COSI’s food is just abysmal.

A hulking young ogre slouches behind the counter, a recent reject from his vocational school’s diesel mechanics program. He’s got the strength of an ox and is just about as bright, judging by the dimwitted eyes that look at you with barely veiled hostility. As you walk in, he sidles on over to the young woman standing behind the register, who continues to stare at you with a vacant smile as he gossips in her ear, occasionally looking to you and grinning. They’re gossiping. About you. The people whose wages you’re about to pay with your patronage are gossiping about you. Not a good start. This is what the Sawmill Road Cosi has to offer you, the discerning diner, around dinnertime. Order and stick around, and you’ll get to watch them stand around some more, rubbernecking and laughing at the expense of other customers just like you. They’ll definitely make you the centerpiece again if you come to the counter for something else. The food is good, of course. It’s Cosi. But you might want to do yourself a favor and visit another location, because this one is just too fun(ny) for your own good. Though if you visit, you may give them something to do — and possibly to laugh at. Based on my experience, they have plenty of time on their hands and not much else to do with it.

I LOVE the salty flat bread and vegan options. Try the hummus sandwich! This is a great lunch option when you’re sick of fast food restaurants. COSI’s new Rustic Flat bread pizzas look amazing! COSI constantly reinvents its menu often to keep the food fresh.

Yeah, I do enjoy a good Cosi. Walk up to the counter. Look over the menu and place your order. Staff have been helpful with answering your questions about menu items. Probably the one thing I wish … would be a real cup, but they give you a small courtesy cup if you just get water to drink. It feels more like a punishment for not ordering a real beverage. Since beverages are self-service, I am sure it is to discourage folks from asking for a courtesy cup and then filling it up with a beverage. Just an inconvenience to those who simply just want water. They have a nice outdoor patio section when the weather is nice. Otherwise, there are plenty of tables inside. It has a great casual dining atmosphere. Interior is «open-air». So, it can get noisy if there are a lot of people. Otherwise, it is a great place to dine and have a good conversation. Parking competes a little with the burger joint next door. I suggest parking in front instead of along the side of the building. Get a Cosi card, if you visit frequent enough. After 10 meals, you qualify for a free one. Pricing is fairly reasonable. Good value for what you get. They change their menu up every now and then to keep things interesting. I love their signature salad! Flatbread pizza’s are nice too. I love the Margherita flatbread. Flatbread sandwiches are good as well … I just find sometimes they are«skimpy» with the ingredients(a.k.a I was hungry and should have ordered something more substantial). Okay — — I admit it — — I am addicted to their flatbread. Love the multi-grain version. I try to make it sound healthy so that I don’t feel as guilty. And if you go there to eat with me and don’t eat your flatbread, I’m usually asking you if you want your flatbread. If I was really going to be healthy, I would ask for the small package of baby carrots that they offer instead. Yeah — I’m definitely a fan.

I really hate to have to change my review, but the other day I found a chicken bone in my flatbread sandwich. I used to eat here at least once every few weeks, but after this nasty experience I WON’T be returning.

Hey now! COSI will get my lunch business. It’s not far from my office in Dublin, the set-up inside was neat and clean, and the speed of food prep and service to table — muy rapido! I ordered the Adobo Chicken Bowl with Guacamole and regular COSI flatbread. The meal was hot and slightly spicey(yeah buoy) and I loved the ingredients. Wild rice, some zucchini, t’matoes as well as a pulled chicken and guac. Delightful. As I was grabbing a side beverage I couldn’t help seeing the prep on a flatbread COSI pizza that looked fan-dang-tabulous! Gotta get me one of them. Yes, the COSI was a bell-ringer. Hit ‘em up Unilocal’rs and others.

I have always heard this restaurant had really good food, but never tried it until today. I was having trouble deciding on where to eat for lunch, but upon passing Cosi, I decided today was the day to try it. The atmosphere was nice and it was nice to be greeted upon entering the restaurant. Just by looking at the menu, I knew I was going to really enjoy the food. All of the options they had appealed to me. I chose to go with the Chicken pesto melt with a side of baby carrots and snagged a white chocolate chunk walnut cookie. The sandwich was one of the best fast food sandwiches I’ve had and the cookie was so soft and delicious! I went in with my fiancé and since he had already eaten lunch, I was the only one who ordered. He was full, but decided he wanted to try a bite of my sandwich and cookie. Both were so good that he kept trying to take more(and bigger) bites. I was just THAT good.(But I did cut him off :) I will be going back for lunch again tomorrow(or possibly for breakfast, since they do seem to have a nice breakfast selection). Maybe he’ll get his own meal this time lol I’m so glad I stopped in, because this is on my list of regular options for lunch now!

Wanted a quick and light meal and was sick of Panera. Ok so this is kinda similiar but it’s not LOL. Picked their«duo» and paired Grilled Chicken T.B.M on whole grain flatbread with half a greek salad and a side of carrots. Everything was tasty. The only thing that annoys me everytime I go there is the very hard to read menu board. I wish they would make it easier to read and understand. Oh well… luckily there isnt usually a line behind me so I can take my time and ask questions if needed.
