The food was decent, nothing really that I couldn’t make at home with a panini maker. I really have no complaints, just didn’t think it was anything spectacular. I’ll definitely go back though.

Went to Cosi I had a half bacon turkey melt. It comes with spicy honey mustard. I had them withhold the honey mustard and enjoyed the sandwich. I also tried the chicken noodle soup. The soup taste homemade it had some some dark green leafy vegetables in it. The soup was good however it was only lukewarm. I typically do not send food back so I ate it as served. I also had lemon pound cake which was delicious a cup of unsweetened iced tea. My food came out first. By the time the other two people in my party received their food I was almost done eating. Not sure why this happened as the restaurant was not crowded at all. Despite that I enjoyed my meal. The prices were very reasonable. And the cashier did a good job of explaining menu items.

Really good and relatively cheap! Their flatbreads are the best and if you’re not that hungry you can order the kid’s flatbread and get a cookie and drink with it for like 5 bucks!

Disclosure: I used their new online ordering system and picked up my food rather than order from in-store. Not sure when the promo ends, but I was able to use a $ 10 off coupon so my total order was about 50 cents. Had I paid the full price, my review would be a bit harsher as I don’t think it would have been worth the price at all. My general impression of the place is: «meh.» I got the TBM melt/tomato, basil, mozzarella along with a side of clam chowder soup and bag of chips. It’s pretty much what you’d expect out of place like this. Tomatos were pretty standard, didn’t really taste much of the basil or the vinaigrette, and the mozzarella was standard as well. I really enjoy caprese salad, and I was kind of hoping for that(knowing full well a «melt» would make it different), but still, I just wasn’t impressed. The soup was less impressive than the sandwich. I LOVE clam chowder, and I’ve had access to some of the better clam chowders from popular restaurants being from Seattle(i.e. Ivar’s and Pike Place Chowder), so I may be a bit picky. The soup here was too watery and salty. Clam portions were fine. But the soup consistency just didn’t sit right as a true chowder for me. That, and the side is about $ 3, while the portion is a tiny, tiny cup. Definitely not worth it. Lastly, the bag of chips was pretty generic kettle chips. House made, so I guess that’s good, better than a bag of regular Lays. Service was fine — restaurant was pretty empty when I went(5pm), and my order was sitting behind the counter ready for immediate pickup. Took me less than a minute to say hi, tell them my name, and be on my way. I ate part of my meal in restaurant. Employees were fast, courteous, and the place was clean. Overall, I doubt I’ll be back. It wasn’t particularly BAD, but there was nothing there that seemed truly unique to me that’d draw me back. The place kind of gives me the vibe of a posh cafeteria. A little overpriced for what they serve. They do have a wide menu it seems, so my one sandwich and one soup is definitely not representative of their full menu. But I’d still rather go to Chipotle around the corner than come back. *shrug*

This location is actually slightly hidden away towards the perimeter of the mall area(it’s across the street from Macy’s, which pretty much has its own separate block adjacent to the rest of the town center. There’s plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, and service is usually very fast and friendly. This is also my go-to lunch spot whenever I’m wandering the mall with my friends. We’ve tried a number of different items on the menu and are generally pretty satisfied. I don’t know what they do with their flatbread(which comes complimentary for a number of their entrees), but it is the most amazing flatbread I have ever had. I could eat probably ten pieces plain, it’s just absolutely perfect! The Adobo Lime Chicken Salad has a good southwestern TexMex style to it, and the Adobo Chicken with Avocado Bowl is a good alternative for when you want a heartier meal. And if you can’t get enough of their flatbread, you can get one of their flatbread pizzas! I’ve only tried the Chicken & Spinach, but it’s easily one of the best flatbread pizzas I’ve ever had. Cooked to heavenly perfection, generous with toppings, and served on an adorable wooden platter. We also tried their Brie & Fruit once, and although they’re a little skimpy on the brie, the quality of everything on the platter is spot on. However, the Turkey & Brie sandwich was a bit underwhelming. It’s literally only turkey and brie, with some spicy honey mustard that doesn’t seem to mix well with the flavor and texture of the other two ingredients. Highly recommend for a quick(or not quick, the employees don’t try to rush you out the door if you choose to dine in) non-food-court lunch that isn’t too expensive either!

We decided to take a ‘day trip’ and drive down to Columbus(from Cleveland area) to take our precious daughter to the American Girl doll store. An hour later, almost broke and having been bombarded by the American Girl brand, I needed an escape, and a place to sit down and grab some lunch with my doll loving divas. So we saw COSI across the street, and decided to stop on in. I liked the industrial, loft-like interior, and the fact that they bring the food to your table(like some Panera’s do) in a self-serve atmosphere. To their credit, they custom made my finicky child a turkey and pepperoni sandwich, and my wife liked her salad. But my tuna melt was bland and uninspiring, and I have yet to find places in Ohio that know how to make a proper tuna salad sandwich or melt! This tuna seemed plain with maybe a trace of mayo, and that’s it! A proper tuna salad should include a decent amount of mayo, onions, celery, a bit of lemon juice, a bit of sea salt, and some pepper. I had to ask an employee for a side of mayo and onions, so I could flavor the tuna a bit. Lastly, the soda(Coke) was flat. Do they check the soda fountain machine? Anyway, I would go back again, since my wife and daughter liked it there. But next time, I might order something else, or ask for a side of chopped onions and mayo, if I order the tuna melt.

I want to love Cosi, I really do. Its cheap, convenient, and healthy. Seating is plentiful which is great at the crowded mall. However, the food never seems to meet my expectations. I’ve tried three different items and every time I’ve said to myself something along the lines of «This is okay. Its not great, but its not bad either and it sates my craving for food.» However, it never sates my craving for flavor!

I had lunch here on Sunday. Ordered the tandoori chicken light salad with dressing on the side and multigrain flatbread. The cashier specifically told the food preparer dressing on the side. The salad came covered in dressing and with original not multigrain flatbread. My fiancé ordered the pork belly bahn mi sandwich and liked it. Will send the food back next time if the order isn’t correct.

Give me a stage and a mic because I want to sing to the masses about my love for Cosi. Tomato basil, decadent and smooth, A baguette to dip renders me to «ooo» Your sig. salad springs forth With flavors of the season, But your ’cause of your flatbreads, I lose sight of reason I sit by your hearth Baked, warm bread fills my heart. Your creations are gems, works of art.

I always walk by this place when I’m at Easton and have wondered about it. I’ve heard its good… just never checked it out. A few days ago, our team at work went to lunch and I suggested this place. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised. I got an Asian salmon salad(which came with a piece of YUMMY bread). The salad was good size with big pieces of fresh salmon. The dressing was good also! A Tad bit pricey for lunch(think my salad was like $ 9.45 or something) so I wouldn’t eat there for lunch every day or anything. Some of my coworkers got what looked like a flatbread sandwich and another got the steak salad. All looked really good. The service was super fast and food was really fresh! Great location from where I work. I’d like to go back and try some other stuff!

I like Cosi’s food but this particular location seems to impress me less and less each time I visit. The quality seems decent but they had to make things fancier with this location because it was located at Easton. The menu is slightly different but they aren’t always obvious about it. Today I got the Adobo chicken with avocado, something I had tried and liked at a different location. They served it on a salad, not rice and with tortilla strips. Not at all what I was thinking I would get. It’s suppose to be a «bowl» but does not mention anywhere. Also they didn’t give me any avocado. My wife got a different sandwich than what she asked for.

Cosí is a nice little place to stop for a quick bite to eat. The staff has always been really friendly at the register and clearing my dishes for me(you usually bus your own table). The restaurant is always clean looking and has become my preference for a quick bite to eat at Easton.

I had the steakhouse gorgonzola melt which was pretty good. The flatbread was probably the best part of it. The melted gorgonzola was overcome in flavor by the blue cheese spread, but I like blue cheese a lot so that was okay by me. Nothing particulary notable about the beef. I opted for the chips instead of carrot sticks as my side. The bag of chips was tiny. Overall, not a bad lunch, but I was still a little hungry when I left.

Personally enjoy the mozzarella pizza, cosi salad, and portobello bowl. Plus the new location down the tunnle from the old is a lot more suited to casual outdoor dinning.

Food wasn’t bad… pretty typical of a chain. Portion size was pretty decent though. I thought that I could finish a large flat bread no prob… I was wrong. They’re pretty filling. However, I had to take a star off for the panicky manager. He saw my ticket for the flatbreads for my table… only 5 of them… and he immediately ran over and said he would need 45 minutes at the min for us to get our food. It was ready in 10.

Food here is very tasty but sometimes bland. I’ve had the sausage flat bread(could have much more flavor) and the Korean bbq bowl which was much different then I thought it would be. It’s over rice and has pulled bbq pork and then topped with a Korean slaw and a flat bread on the side. Service here is really slow, esp when they’re full. They really need a larger location with more staff. We waited 30 mins for lunch the other day and the place was packed, we just barely found a seat. All in all, there food here is good but I’d prefer if they offered extra seasonings to make it even better. Don’t come here during peak meal times unless you’re in no rush.

Went there to grab dinner quickly before a movie. The girl ringing me up couldn’t get the price of the pizza to come across correctly, and she asked her coworker for help. He told her to enter the a different pizza that was the price their menu stated(I have no idea why their prices were not correct, I had no coupons or anything). I also asked to add tomatoes to the pizza. The pizza came out wrong(as the pizza she rang it in under). We had already had a few pieces before we realized it, so we didn’t say anything about it. Would probably skip here next time I’m at Easton.

I haven’t had any of the bad experiences that others have mentioned… I really like Cosi if I’m wanting a light lunch that actually has some flavor. I usually get the ‘Pick 2′(or whatever Cosi calls it), and my favorites are the Chicken Tandoori Flatbread and the T.B.M. Flatbread. I always get the Signature Salad(dressing on the side– I don’t care for much dressing). I keep meaning to try a different one but the Signature is so tasty that I haven’t tried anything else. Another favorite there– they have a Watermelon-Habanero Lemonade. It’s hot. Try it anyway! haha! But only if you like hot drinks. it Really is hot. Sometimes it’s pre-made and sometimes you have to ask for it. Love!

This place looked a little divey when I went in. There was a large woman with a screaming kid and that didn’t help it any. I looked around and didn’t even see anything I’d like to bring home with me, so I passed.

Cosi at Easton seems to be our go-to lunch when we want something delicious, relatively fast, and away from our cafeteria. Things I love: * chicken parm melt * tbm * flatbreads The only thing keeping me from giving Cosi 5 stars is logistics. They just don’t have the most efficient system for ordering, and sometimes hot food takes a while to get while our cold food friends are already finished eating!
