Great sub terrible service. I walked in & the cashier asked if I had a pick up order and I said no & the gentleman training him made a snide remark saying of course you don’t, I ignored it and proceeded with my order. The gentleman with glasses was training him & was rude towards him & me. While I was waiting for my sub another customer came in and asked something and the gentleman with glasses snapped at her and was really rude. I usually go to this store for my lunch from work, but I will no longer be returning.

Simple review: The subs and sandwiches have been good and the service quick and friendly enough considering the short span of interaction. I normally get the number three, totally tuna, and have been happy with the quality, consistency and portion. The location is decorated in the Jimmy John’s fashion(someone’s got a thing for signs), with a clean though somewhat on the cozy side dinning area. All in all a solid 3.5 star place to get a fast sub.

I got the Italian sub. The sandwich was good and the service was fast.

Probably the worst sub I have ever had. I ordered a veggie sub that consisted of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a totally tasteless cheese-again no choice. They did have onion they could add but nothing else – where were the olives, peppers, spinach, etc. I asked them to salt the sub and they informed me that they do not have any salt??? What kind of a restaurant doesn’t have any salt? I was in a hurry and went ahead and bought it. It was dreadful. Not only was the sub totally tasteless the bread was stale. I will never go back again.

Slightly confused about this place. I had them a couple nights ago and they were fantastic! I mean ‘totally will come back again and again’ fantastic. Then last night I ordered them a second time. It was a train wreck. My husband loves onions and he tends to order them by the handful rather then by the slice. He asked for his usual ‘lots & lots of onions’ and the guy didn’t listen; granted they never do. People tend to look at him like ‘wait…you seriously want THAT many onions? As they cautiously layer them on until he’s happy. This place… they have a really bad attitude when it comes to actually doing what their costumers want. He asked for his onions. The kid put a couple on. He repeated himself ‘please, I said I said I lot. Can I have lots more please?” The kid looked at him… dropped a couple more on. My husband sighed. «Can you just take a handle and put that on there. Thanks” He looked at him, laughed, and then mocked him. The kid literally laughed(not just a chuckle but a full out ‘wtf is this guy doing belly laugh’) at him and said ‘eww man that’s grouse.’ Onions are a vegetable and, in my opinion anyway, if the man wants some extra veggies(he’s very picky as it is) on his sub then wtf… why laugh at him?! So whatever, back to being calm. My husband continues with his orders. He get the vino for himself(no tomatoes, light mayo, extra oil, extra onions, and extra oregano) and a country club(everything on it but with bacon He leaves rather annoyed about ”the stupid kid laughing at him” and we’re ready to have our dinner. He opens his, takes a bite… spits it out. There’s so much oil that the whole thing was soggy. It was also missing the mayo and oregano. Reluctantly I opened mine to find a soggy mess of a sandwich, which honestly put his to shame for the sheer amount of mess. The thing was so covered in mayo and oil that even after using 10 napkins it was still so drenched that I gave up and gave the store a call. I was shocked to say the least. I mean… people mess up… everyone has a different idea to what ‘extra’ means and how they like to eat their subs but this… this was no ordinary day at jimmy Johns. Like I said earlier, we had just been their about 3 days before. We ordered the Gargantuan .the one that has so much meat on it that it’s really more like having 2 subs on one roll. Clearly more then one meal but SODAMNWORTHIT!!! Honestly though, for the price it was well worth it. Going based on that experience(and my husband had been here before) you would think that we would be amazed, yet again, after ordering again. Sadly… no. This place totally flopped. Other negative feedback: their subs don’t have much meat to them. The right side of the men listed as ‘club sandwiches’ are not actually larger in portion size. Their portions are very small(meat wise). You pay for what you get though. Go to Firehouse for a larger sub! Some good things worth listing: They use only premium meats which are all very tasty & very impressive. If your questioning the mayo(which I will NEVER order from them again) they offer packets for you to add yourself. The bread is very tasty too. If you order 12 grain you get toast. French bread is a roll. I’ll probably try this place again but if I ever see that brat working their I’m going to give him an ear full! If they did the right thing the kid would have been fired.

Jimmy John’s makes a great sandwich. I came over for lunch and had the«Italian» which had salami and a couple of other kinds of lunchmeat on it plus LTO. And I added hot peppers for $.25 more(are you kidding me!). The sandwich was large and filling and probably worth the $ 6 they charged for it. But it’s still a notch below Jersey Mike’s.

2nd time in a row ordering for delivery @ World of Beer, and 2nd time in a row, that though the ticket is correct, whoever is preparing the items does as s/he wishes. I’d hoped delivery would avoid the horrors that are the actual location, but I was not so lucky. I challenge anyone to go in at any time and not develop a headache within minutes. If it’s not the employees yelling and SWEARING at each other, they’re dragging the chairs and stools around as loudly as possible while«cleaning,» and my favorite was watching the female manager actually SIT on the prep station! Whoever is in charge of this location needs to take a lesson from the Sawmill Road location. Avoid the Easton location at all costs.

Everyone knows what they’re getting when they order Jimmy John’s. A decent sandwich for a fairly decent price. This place delivers on that much. The problem is they don’t really live up to their #1 bragging point(and the only reason I ever order from here). I only order from here when I forget to pack lunch or am in a hurry and they are about the only place where it is economical to deliver for one person. Unfortunately, they’ve abandoned the«Freaky Fast» mantra they so often preach of. I’ve ordered 3 or 4 times in the last month and not once has it shown up in less than 30 minutes – twice it was more than an hour. Bear in mind I’m ordering this while I’m at work, expecting to get it and eat it before my lunch time is over… because…you know… then I need to get back to work. They fail in the prompt deliver arena, which is really the only benefit they offer over other places in the area. From now on I’m probably going to have to just suck it up and go drive to pick up food. Jimmy John’s unreliability really renders them useless to me.

Who doesn’t love a good sandwich? Jimmie Johns always hits the spot. I’m quite partial to the Sgt Billy Club. This particular JJ is right in Easton next to the Chase Bank. Good, clean, shop, can’t complain. They also deliver which is phenomenal. I stay not too far away on business and it’s nice to just hop online and place an order. They get to you quickly too, which is always a plus!

Jimmy John’s is a decent sub chain. I’d rate it somewhere between Subway and Potbelly’s. The french bread is delicious, and I’ve never had a bad sandwich experience, but they’ve also never left me feeling super impressed. I like this location because it’s right near where I work, and every time I’ve put in a delivery order, it’s been delivered within five minutes, not missing a thing. The only thing I get disappointed with is the fact that this location never has sprouts, which is my FAVORITE thing to put on sandwiches(besides Potbelly’s pickles). No sprouts equals a one star deduction in my book. I am not a huge fan of ordering sides because they’re all prepackaged and preservative-y, but since the sandwiches are pretty big(8−9″, with lots of bread), I never feel the need for one. You should stop in if you want a quick meal at Easton, and don’t want to pay as much as you would have to at Piada or Chipotle.

I do love a good sandwich, and Jimmy John’s are pretty tasty. You get a pretty decently big sandwich for around $ 6 which isn’t too shabby. They have a small variety of meats and only one cheese(I think), but it’s the best sandwich cheese, anyhow(provolone). Their chips are pretty tasty, but I’d pass on the cookies. They’re kinda mealy. The best part about Jimmy John’s is that they deliver. Unfortunately, they only deliver to a ridiculously small radius around the restaurant(something like 1.3 miles), but is close enough for a worktime lunch. Subs can be, as they are fond of saying, «Freaky Fast». They can also be «sadly slow» at times, too. Overall, very happy to have the option in the area. This is a man’s sandwich. Like back in the day when men were real men, and little fuzzy creatures from alpha centauri were real furry creatures from alpha centauri.
