For a recurring theme search Dasco Medical Westerville, which is the provider for C-PAP Central. I have been called every 2 days from Dasco for a billing dispute. From the time I picked up the equipment till I returned it, I felt like I was working with ppl that had no job training. I have spoken to three ppl at C-PAP, one was the office manager Natalie. All 3 said I had an outstanding fee for a mask upgrade that would be removed. I even have a voice mail from Natalie that confirms this. But now Its not a mask upgrade(which I never asked for) but for another reason, and the recorded calls continued with no resolution. I called Dasco and C-PAP and asked for the calls to stop which I believe is collection abuse. I’m going to pay the balance. i just can’t take it anymore. Don’t let this happen to you. I think of all of the elderly or ill people that are going to them for succor and it makes me sad and mad.
