Being very short — I often have to get almost every pair of pants I purchase hemmed, it can get very expensive. Damien’s is very well priced ($ 10 to hem jeans and $ 15 for pants with lining) so its very fair and they can get it done in about a week. Very nice and good customer service. The hours are great too as someone with an 8 – 5 schedule, its great to have until 6:30 to get there! They have also done a couple of bridesmaids dresses for me and have a fair price and do very good work. I definitely recommend them!

I trust Damian’s with all my clothes. They have turned dresses, pants and tops from barely fitting to looking like they were custom made for me! The turn around time is great (usually a week).

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I left four pairs of pants to be altered on Dec. 29. I go to pick them up about two weeks later and they are CLOSED FOR FIVE WEEKS! No one said a word to me about closing for several weeks when I dropped them off. They refuse to make any adjustment to my bill and were rude. Their excuse is they close that time of year every year, as if I’m expected to know their travel plans. You don’t leave for five weeks without notifying your customers that they will not have access to their clothes.

They can do ANYTHING! I’m 5’2″ and always needing something hemmed or adjusted despite buying petite sizes. I’ve brought in my north face jacket, brooks brothers wool coat and all kinds of blouses, trousers and jeans. I normally drop off 1 – 2 weeks in advance and it’s already done to my satisfaction. Some may want a faster turnaround time but let’s be honest, when tailoring is rushed, it usually doesn’t turn out well for you or your beloved clothing item.

I took my wedding suit here this fall, because I had used Damian’s in the past and was happy with my experience. It was an expensive suit and it didn’t fit the way I wanted for my big day. Damian understood my wants/​needs of a slimmer fit. Tapering my pants was no problem to give it a slimmer leg. He also brought in the seat to make them less baggy, and brought in my jacket. He did good work, it looked awesome. I recommend if anyone has similar needs.

I am thrilled with the service I received at Damian’s. I needed some alterations to my wedding dress. They had by far the best prices of the 5 places I called, they were able to complete my alterations within a week and they were expertly done. All of the staff were courteous and helpful and their expertise was obvious in the way they handled our service and my dress. I will be using them again and HIGHLY recommend them!

This place is awesome. I brought them 5 pants Friday before they close to have the waist taken in and hem them. They said it would take a week, I told them I brought all I have and need them for work, so they gave me a discount on all and said they will have them done by Monday night but called me next day Saturday and said it was ready!!! They did a great job on all of them. I’m so sticking with this place for all altercations!

I’m so loyal to these guys. I’ve had my really expensive dresses, jackets and pants tailored by them. I’ve gone to other places and can see a difference in the detail they put in the inside lining and making sure you’re happy with end product. Love them!

I took a bridesmaid dress here to be altered and it looks great! The only negative is that when I called and asked how much it would be, I was told anywhere from $ 25 – 40 and it ended up being $ 45. Not terrible, but it would’ve been nice to know it was going to be more expensive!

I have gone to Damian’s for my past 5 bridesmaid dresses and they always do an amazing job! Great service and quality! I moved out of the area but I still go back to them since I trust them. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Damian’s since he altered my wedding dress 3 years ago, and I sent a few of my bridesmaids his way too. His work on our dresses were wonderful, timely, and extremely well priced. I continue to go out of my way, across town, for all my alterations with him, and everyone I’ve recommended him to continues to use him as well. He’s very friendly and honest, too. I honestly don’t drive across town for any other service but him.
Tip: pay cash and he won’t charge tax!

I go out of my way to stop at Damian’s for my alterations. He’s always considerate, quick, and affordable. I’ve had jackets taken in, including the sleeves, for under $ 40, and pants hems are just $ 10 — a bargain by Columbus standards. His work is always reliable, and he delivers his goods by the appointed time.

The place is small and a bit difficult to find even if you are looking for it, but the customer service guys were nice and the tailoring was well done on my Armani jacket as well as a couple pairs of pants that needed re-​hemming. Prices are a bit higher than other local spots and it took a week from start to finish, but I’m willing to pay and wait for quality work.
