Diamond Nails Salon and Spa

I’ve been trying different salons for gel nails as my regular place tends to leave my gel manicure lifting after a couple weeks if not sooner. I’ve been here twice and the first time I had a beautiful gel polish done that lasted two weeks before barely lifting. The bad part was the nail tech didn’t talk to me. At all. The salon was busy when I got there and she had to be pulled from the back. She didn’t’ look happy and didn’t say anything to me other than «what color» and «wash your hands». She did thank me when I gave her a tip.
Two weeks later I went back for a mani/​pedi. Pedi was good. Mani? Bad, bad, bad. The polish color I chose was apparently an old bottle and rather than pull a new one or ask if there was a color I wanted instead he struggled to get it on my nails. I left with thick, gloppy nails with bubbles in the color, top coat and polish on my cutlcles and on the top of my fingertips.
I’ve decided not to risk a third trip and will go back to my old salon where I know I’ll be treated nicely even if I need to have a polish change every 2 weeks.

Nice, clean, spacious Salon! I’m satisfied in all ways. I was treated very nicely and someone started my pedicure in a timely manner. We had some good conversation with the employees. I’m very pleased with the quality of my gel nails as well. I still have not lost or chipped a nail even after more then 3 weeks. Which is really surprising in this area. I’ve been here 3 years now and I finally got what I was always looking for! Keep up the good work!

If your relocating or live in town this is by far the best nail salon in Columbus Ga. I have been to other nail salons in town & had terrible experiences I always feel welcomed & at home when I am at Diamond nails. The staff is very professional, have great customer service & are efficient ! The salon is very clean & well kept, they have one of the largest selections of polish & gel colors they also offer other services & the male nail tech offers a wide variety of different nails styles and designs & pretty much knows how to do nails of any kind I love the design options & fun stuff they offer. The prices are the same in town at any other salon if not better! They can get busy at times but they are great about multitasking if you go in to diamond nails & there is a small wait believe me when I tell you it’s worth the wait !!! I won’t go anywhere else, the customer service is awesome & that’s so important to me!

I really like this nail salon. Very spacious, clean & the employees were very professional.
My nail tech did a great job. I had gel polish removed and a new gel color painted on. This was by far the best experience that I have had with the removal of the old gel polish. The nail tech did not peel or scrape my natural nail to remove the old gel polish. My natural nail felt and looked healthy once the gel was removed.
I love the wide variety of gel color options and the nail tech was gracious enough to test a few of the colors on her nails to help me choose.
Overall, this was a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Quan, Minnie, Diane, and Sung are the best. There are other employees there but these are the ones that I interact with when I come. The spa is clean and nicely decorated. The techs are friendly and take there time with their customers. I love them! I will always return

I really like this place! I haven’t had a bad experience yet (knock on wood). They are very professional and do sheets job. First time had a gel mani and although the girl was rushing the other girl my nails were not sacrificed in the process. Second time I had a pedicure. Can’t reall which one but the tech my BF had was good. Black Female. She was friendly and well educated on feet. Lol. But while my tech wasn’t as talkative he did a great job as well. I’m On my way there now for another pedi. Hopefully They can keep this rating. Clean and large facility I never see it crowded. People sleeping on it. Which I’m not mad at. I won’t give it 5 cuz I know something could be better.

So I got a pedi and brow wax…
The pedi was so so. I got the classic pedicure so nothing fancy. The brow wax was awful! She got wax all over my face and shirt! I will not be back. EVER.

I am new in town and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I can say nothing about my nails just about the place. I walked in there with my husband, he run away the same second because of the awful smell. I decided to give this place a shot, according to reviews I thought it worth it to wait. I wait for 5 mins and estimate time was about 20 more mins. I couldn’t bear that smell anymore and went to another place. Don’t feel coming there anymore. Personnel wasn’t friendly.

My experience was just so-​so. On the positive side, there is plenty of parking, the salon is roomy, attractive, and quiet. All the tools were clean and new. They have a very large selection of polishes.
I asked for a traditional manicure. The price ($ 10) was reasonable for the area.
However, the technician was very rough on my cuticles. He rushed, even though it wasn’t crowded and no one else was waiting. The hand/​arm massage was practically non-​existent.
Did I get my money’s worth? Yes. But I probably won’t go back. I’d prefer to pay a little more so I get a little more.

I am new to the area and was trying to find a salon that does gel polish good. After going to a few different places around town, this one is my favorite. The first time I got the gel polish done, it lasted three weeks! They are all very nice and I think that they have the best prices in Columbus. I highly recommend Diamond Nails.

Coco did an amazing job… took her time and made me feel welcome in a new environment! Will definitely be going back to see her!
