I just moved the the area and was looking for a good place to get a mani and pedi. I walked into Pinkys on a Sunday for a pedi and was greeted right away and told to go pick a color and sit at a chair. Unfortunately i then had to wait forever for my nail tech to come start my pedi. They didnt even start the water for me to relax while I waited, I just had to sit there and hang out. My polish turned out pretty well but I was dissapointed with the massage portion. Havent decided if I will go back or try to find somewhere else.

Came in yesterday for a mani with a friend and was hugely disappointed. With so many good reviews can’t believe the service. We waited for an hour by the time it was our turn they were no longer busy yet we were rushed through and the polish job was horrible! We were even pushed out the door before our polish was dry… And no they were not closing. I will never return here.

My mani and pedi were average at best. The gel color on the wheel didn’t look the same once painted on my nails. My nail tech told my friend I should’ve shaved my legs (right in front of me) when I was only a little stubbly. Really? I still tipped her of course. she prob needs it more than me.
Go somewhere else!

The service was cool. I do feel like it was rushed because they were busy but if I’m paying for a service you should take your time. I may go back but it would have to be right when they open. The price was good… $ 55 for a pedi and gel mani… Give them a try though… Every experience is different…

My sister and I came in her for bridal party. They handled 15 of us including small children. Very fun and professional. So sweet, patient and the work they did was gorgeous. We all got gel nails and pedicures! Highly recommend this place. These people made a memory of a lifetime come true! My sisters and I flew in from all over the county and we were able to be here at Pinky Nails laughing and having fun while getting pampered! Thank you for being so amazing and dealing with the madness that a bride and her friends can be. Spectacular! We feel incredible!

I only go to Pinky’s. The staff is great, the facility is clean and they are reasonably priced. They tend to get pretty busy but if you ask me that means they are doing something right.
Avoid going on Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons. That is when they are the busiest. I always get great service. My polish lasts forever and gel lasts even longer.

Love Pinky Nails! Definitely my favorite place to go in Columbus. They are clean and courteous and ensure you leave with great nails (and toenails). Although they will get crowded on holiday weekends and Saturday afternoons, they are worth the wait.

So the only reason I am giving this a 2 is because the staff were friendly. I got a gel polish manicure last Friday when I was visiting for a wedding. The reason I got gel was because they said it would last at least 2 weeks. 4 days later, the entire polish is peeling off if my nail in one layer. I am pretty disappointed since I paid for the exoensive stuff. And of course, there is «nothing they can do since I cant go in and have them look at it» since i live 6 hours away!

I walked into this place on a Monday morning and was seating immediately for a pedicure. I had the older gentleman and he really took his time doing my pedicure. I didn’t feel rushed at all like some nail salons do. Both my mani/pedi looked great.
But more importantly, I was amazed at the price that they charged me. I was expecting to pay nearly twice as much for both services!
I will most certainly return to this place great service and prices.
