Good Bubbletea and mixed food. Sometimes it is the best food on Earth, sometimes… less so. Get the Taiwanese Fried Chicken. It is delicious. Hot bubbletea in the winter is perfect.

Extra extra!!! Read all about it! I found a good bubble tea place on High Street. My friend and I came here on her recommendation having been going to this restaurant when she lived in Columbus. It is on the lower level of the plaza across the street from the OSU campus. You walk down some steps and you walk into the door in there you’ll see the sign for a D’licious restaurant. As you walk in, you notice that the wall is plastered with drawings quotes science equations and the stories of the many customers who saw fit to write them there. Which i think is great being in art person myself. We ordered the curry fish balls which were amazing, beef skewers, fried tofu, fried chicken and bubble tea. I ended up getting the peach juice tea with strawberry popping and I can’t even begin to tell you how sweet and delicious it was. And very light so it didn’t feel like I was drinking syrup. Go here and eat for the quick bite and stay for the art and the good music.

This place opened shortly after Pochi’s closed. The boba is decent. Not too bad. However the many times that I’ve returned they seem to be closed or closed early. They need to update their hours if they plan on closing early or being close at all for clients like me who live afar.

This store has changed a lot over the past few years, and it seems that this is for the better. First off, the bubble tea here is hands-down, best in town. My personal favorite is the jasmine green tea flavor. It is light with a sweetly flowery aromatic flavor. My only complaint is that the bubble tea here doesn’t really taste like tea(which some people might see as a plus) Over the past winter, I discovered through a sign on the door that this place also does hot pot. I was over-joyed when I discovered this as this is probably the ONLY place in Columbus with this kind of service. I went with a group of 4 friends and we got the 4 people portion(also comes in 2 people portions). It was 2 guys who eat a lot + 2 girls, and we all felt stuffed in the end. The materials provided were fresh with a good variety of veggies and meat, and the sauce they provided had some magical combination of Asian sauces and was extremely delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves bubble tea or hot pot.

It’s a bad experience… Food materials were not fresh, guess it’s getting late so they don’t care. Waiting time was super long. Never come back.

The food here is phenom-nom-nomanl! And the bubble tea is great!!! One of my favorite places to stop on campus! I love to stop in, grab two spring rolls and aome bubble tea before hitting the oval for some late night longboarding! If you’re on campus, and you want good food, stop in! #Bobalife

Food was ok. Drinks was ok. Staffs are quick and lots of people here especially students. Theres variety of asian food to pick and limitless drinks to choose. The café gives of young asian hangout vibes. Its probably because it’s kind of down below like underground-ish and has lots of asian food, people, and the decorations.

I can’t keep track of all the name/ownership changes for this place(Pochi, then MiLi?), but what I do know is that they now have hot pot! 2 of my friends and I came here on a cold Friday evening, excited to finally have hot pot in Columbus and we were not disappointed. The hot pot trays are predetermined and comes with a good variety of food — sliced beef, shrimp, 2 types of fish, fishballs, crabsticks, calamari, shitoch mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, fried tofu, soft tofu, cauliflower, tons of cabbage, and some noodles. I think the only option you have is to choose between tray for 2($ 30) or tray for 4($ 48). Since we were a group of 3, we asked if they could just make up another half tray for us as we could see them assembling them in the back, but he said you had to get either the 2 or 4-person tray, which was a little inconvenient — however, the tray for 2 ended up being enough for the 3 of us. You can also get more add-ons of individual ingredients I think, but they didn’t have a menu for that so you have to ask about everything. The ingredients were of pretty decent quality, although I think the sliced beef could have been a bit fattier. I especially enjoyed the shrimp(giant ones with the head still attached), enoki mushrooms, and fried tofu. The pot is one of those split ones, so you get both a spicy broth and a vegetarian broth, which were both very flavorful. The real winner was the dipping sauce though! I think it was a combination of hoisin, peanut sauce, and this traditional hot pot sauce, and it just made everything taste delicious. When we were done, we just sipped bowls of the soup, which was very nice on a cold winter night. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the food for the price we paid. Only complaint is that you have to come in even-numbered groups(unless you are a group of 3 girls that don’t eat a ton lol).

We were on the way to Cleveland from KY and passed by this store to pick up couple bubble tea and some snack. We love bubble tea. The bubble tea from this place is decent, but the tapioca seemed to be overcooked, or sat there for too long. Their house special popcorn chicken is pretty good. The environment of the restaurant is pretty cozy. Great for small group gathering. Their HK style dessert on the menu looks very tempting, but didn’t get a chance to try this time. Will definitely go back for dessert, snacks and drink next time travelling to Columbus!

I am a bubble tea lover, and that’s what brought me here when it changed over from MiLi(which had replaced another bubble tea place here previously), but I find the tapioca balls in their bubble tea a mite mushy. And the«Bubble Tea Flavor of the Month,» as advertised on a dry erase board, has been chocolate strawberry every month since February. I remember it because that was the first time I was in, and I thought, «Ooh, what a perfect flavor for Valentine’s Day.» Apparently it’s also perfect for St Patrick’s Day, April Fool’s Day, etc., etc. What I return for is the fish tofu. The food menu is scant with regard to stuff that doesn’t have land meat in it. It’s all pork this, chicken that. Vegans will have their choice of french fries and edamame, essentially. But that fish tofu… I wanted a snack the first time I was in, and it sounded perfect. Actually, I think I asked for fried tofu first(which I didn’t see on the menu this time), but they didn’t have it(D’licious has the same bizarre problem as its predecessor of almost never having my first choice of anything available), so I decided to try the fish tofu. And it was divine. Firm yet tender, flavorful chunks of tofu(or so I thought: I’ll get to that in a sec) fried in fish sauce(or so I thought: see above) and served with a slightly spicy red condiment of some kind. So recently I decided to find a fish tofu recipe so I can try this at home. And what I found online, rather than recipes(really, there wasn’t a single one, at least in the first two pages of hits), were a couple of product reviews. That’s fine, I’m not terribly surprised that I’m in love with a packaged food product that D’licious probably just nukes and puts on a tray. It’s even better, in fact! I’ll find it in an Asian market and bring it home! But I read further. And learned that these packaged products are not actually tofu. They may contain soy ingredients, but they’re actually fish made to look and taste like fish-flavored tofu. This isn’t a problem for me; in fact, I find it completely hilarious. In the West, we generally think of(and even among vegetarians sometimes make fun of) tofu-based products that are designed to resemble animal products. And here’s an animal product designed to resemble tofu. Not only that, but it’s marketed to imply that tofu is its main component. Because tofu sells! But back to D’licious. There is free wifi. There are tables and comfy couches. There’s a television that was playing episodes of The Voice – China when I was there last. You can park in the elevated parking lot and walk down, but I have heard(from friends who had gone to the book exchange in that shopping center years ago and from a sign that was up at D’licious at one point) that they’re aggressive about towing if you leave your car longer than you should(one hour between 8am and midnight, and not at all after midnight) or if you leave the premises. It’s actually a pretty comfy place, and they have a «buy 10 drinks, get a bubble tea free» thing now. If I can find my beloved fish tofu at a market or come up with a good recipe for it myself(which will in fact involve tofu fried in fish sauce), I might or might not feel compelled to spend much time here. But we’ll see. Maybe I’ll need a The Voice – China fix.

Let me just start of saying that I normally get the honeydew bubble tea which has always been good for being in Columbus. However today I decided to try something new so I got the honey green tea with aloe vera and a CHOCOLATE milk tea NOT the chocolate strawberry which is what I was actually given. The honey green tea tasted just like any green tea nothing to say there however I paid extra for aloe which I never got. I even asked the lady behind the counter it had been put it to which she assured me it was just floating on top… I drank all of it and not a single aloe piece did I swallow! Now on to my major grievance… I ordered plain CHOCOLATE bubble tea NOT chocolate strawberry which is what I was given the first time. I said this and they happily made me another one only for that to be wrong as well! The second time I was handed a plain strawberry bubble tea. I absolutely HATEHATEHATE strawberry but decided to try it anyway since I paid for it. Terrible idea it tasted like straight strawberry syrup. Oh another thing! I had a free drink since I have a flock card but was charged for both drinks! Needless to say if I go back I’ll just stay with the honeydew bubble tea.

I’ve been here a couple of times since my last review, but the last visit was the last straw. I ordered a red bean smoothie with boba, and it came out bright red. Like watemelon red. Like red velvet cake batter red. So much food coloring(natural would be a muted darker red) and it barely tasted like red bean. I kept coming back hoping that this place will get better but… I don’t think it’s going to happen.

Decent bubble tea and taiwanese food. I’ve had the curry chicken and curry pork chops — the pork chops are much better than the chicken. Chicken seemed a lil undercooked. I tasted the braised pork, it was average. I read bad things about the popcorn chicken so I avoided that. I tried the honey green tea with aloe vera chunks for the first time and it was a pretty good combo — not too sweet. However they did charge an extra 50cents for the aloe vera(which I don’t get since it replaced the tapioca bubbles). I still go here often because I’m limited to my options for bbt in columbus. Service could be faster, food could be better, but I’m in the midwest with less competitions for asian places so I have to deal with it.

The food is good, I believe the chef used to work for Mi Li Café, hence why the name got changed, probably because there is no partnership anymore. I’ve had the braised ribs with rice, ma po tofu, and a few others. You can adjust sweetness to your bubble tea because I think they make it too sweet sometimes. I always get the fruit bubble teas. Bubble tea is not bad, but not the best. Service can be a little slow sometimes if not many people are working so don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. It’s really a hit or miss. The employees are bit slow and a lot were new and in training so they didn’t know what they were doing. I think they’ve cleaned up a lot though, and it all is put together now. I did hear that they changed owners recently so it might be better?

Decent bubble tea, but is the wait time really worth it? Or the ever overflowing trash cans? Or the people around the corner(near the pick up window) who just sit and stare at you with judging eyes? Or the everlasting confusion of which door to use? No. No it is not. But it is the only place on campus to go for bubble tea, so I end up there often. Good place to hang out with friends. p. s. Food is okay too.

Obviously, it is hard to get good boba drinks in Ohio. This place probably makes these drinks the best compared to all other boba places in Columbus. I really want to give this place 4 stars based on the 2 previous visits before the last, but I cannot get over what happened the last time. Service is slow because they only have 1 person working every single time I’ve been there. Also, each time I went, there is a different employee working. The first 2 times I went to D’licious, I got honey green tea with aloe vera chunks(that’s the main reason I go here because u can substitute aloe vera for chewy boba), and it was great both times. I must have waited about 10 to 15 mins, which didn’t bother me. I also got the popcorn chicken and fish tofu. Popcorn chicken was really bad; it was really small raisin sized pieces of chicken, i felt like all i ate were fried dough. There are 2 different popcorn chicken on the menu: popcorn chicken and house special popcorn chicken. All i’m saying is dont get the popcorn chicken! Fish tofu was good, i actually enjoyed it. So what I really want to talk about was the experience I had the last time I was there. Basically, I had to wait 40 minutes for 2 drinks. There were 2 girls in the kitchen and they really do not know how to work efficiently. It seemed 1 girl was just a friend helping the other girl who worked there because it was busy. The whole show was a mess! The employee was making orders in sequence and 1 drink at a time. She needs to learn how to prioritize. If someone is dining in and getting food, they can wait a little longer, give them thier drink first and let them wait a little for the food. If certain customers were there just for drinks to go, they don’t have that much time to wait, u need to get those drinks out first! Every single customer was upset! This 1 customer ahead of me got her fried chicken in a basket, she wanted it to-go instead. The employee, instead of packing it to-go for her, went looking for the order paper and said the customer didnt say it was for to-go at the time of ordering. Really, what good does that do when u r busy and customer is already so upset for having to wait so long? Just put it in the to go container for her Now!!! When my drinks finally came out, it wasnt good. She didnt put enough aloe vera in my tea which i had paid extra for, and she had gone and put aloe vera in my boyfriend’s cappacino smoothie!!! OMG, i have never been so frustrated before! By the way, the cappacino smoothie wasnt even ice blended, it was like milk tea! I think she messed up on the order, but i was already so mad at that point, y bother saying something… Please, if u r the owner and reading this, train ur employees to better manage and work more efficiently or hire an additional person during busier hours. I do sympathize that it was busy and sometimes that can be frustrating, but she could have handled things differently. My parents have owned and operated restaurants all my life, and i worked at these restaurants so i know a thing or 2 about running one efficiently. Ur drinks are good, but it makes it hard for me to return if i have to wait very long!

I’ve been in Columbus for almost 8 months now and this place has changed names 3 times. But, I’ve continued to order the same drink every time I come here: a large hot Thai Milk Tea(no boba). I love it! So, other than that drink, I can’t say anything else. I might also add that the staff are very friendly.
