My wife and I had a great getaway and small business planning trip and stayed here. It was a very pleasant and affordable place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. They provided for us with anything extra we needed like shampoo, soap, towels, etc. The hotel also is one of two hotels in the area that is pet friendly. They even provided us with a magnet to put on the door that says pet inside, in case there is a fire and we weren’t there. Grab and go breakfast was sufficient, the room was comfortable and roomy, and WiFi worked great. We stayed two nights.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at The Extended Stay America across from the Polaris Mall last week. We had to be in Columbus for an appointment and decided to not get stuck in the crazed Ohio winter weather and made a girls night of it! We managed to Hotwire and get a gate that with tax was just $ 57!!! Now granted we shared a queen size bed but who cares? It saved us driving in crazy snow and we got a great nights sleep! The Hotel is really pretty. The lobby and check-in desk are very inviting and our hostess was friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean with ample room to relax. The sofa was quite comfy, too! Because it is an Extended Stay you have a fridge, cooktop and microwave in your room and we love that. We had leftovers with us that we were able to heat up and enjoy and had a place to keep milk for my sisters meal shake the next morning. If you like a great shower you will be happy with their shower/tub combos. We had excellent water pressure and the hot water lasted, too! No cold water rinse here! The next morning I ran down to the common area and took advantage of a blueberry muffin from their grab and go breakfast area. It was good! My only even half way negative comment is that we had a late check out arranged and from 10:30 on the maid kept pestering us. Other than that it was delightful and we will definitely be back!

If UR wasn’t for g at the front desk my stay would not feel perfect she’s great an if it wasn’t for her my stay would of sucked! She really made me feel like a guest in a low budget place. Best kept extended stay I’ve seen next would b the one in charlotte

First time staying here. Got a great rate from Priceline under $ 65/night. All rooms have been totally remodeled. Clean, fresh, & nicely decorated. Great, convenient location near mall, restaurants & freeways. For a 3-star hotel, Definitely worth it!

A nice, clean, cozy place. The efficiency room was a decent size and had all the basic things kitchen things you need although I didn’t use them. Breakfast is grab and go and consists mostly of granola bar type snacks and fruit. The room wouldn’t get above 72 degrees but it wasn’t cold so no major complaints.

OK so I got this place through priceline and it was real cheap. I needed it for a few hours before my early morning flight. The place was pretty run down, the staff was nice the bed was nice and comfy and clean. The room was pretty beat up but like I said for the money it was good enough. I def wouldn’t extend my stay with them

For the amount of money we paid through Priceline, this hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest, I’ve stayed in.
