Loved our stay! Our room was clean and smelled great. The staff was kind, and the breakfast area had lots of room unlike other hotels I’ve visited recently. The location was near a great section of Columbus… close to a great shopping district and the Columbus Zoo.

Just spent 20 minutes on the phone while the phone rang for this hotel. Nobody answered on 3 different calls. I called Hilton who owns them for a phone number where someone actually gets up an answers the call and they asked me unnecessary questions to do nothing but waste my time. I still can’t get them to answer the phone. I hope you don’t have family staying at this hotel and make an emergency call as they will not answer. They will not take responsibility for my wasted time either. I never heard of a hotel who lets their phone ring for 20 minutes and nobody answers. Maybe this will happen to the owners and board members when they go to stay somewhere as Karma is real. Disgusted at the disrespect for peoples time.

I stayed here for 3 nights while on a work trip. They were remodeling while we were here but they made every effort to keep the noise down and provide the guests with a alternative breakfast area. –Rooms were clean and well updated –Business Center had fast internet and was well equipped –Staff was super friendly and helpful –Elevators were a tad slow Overall good stay, would go back if in area.

Very nice hotel and convenient options nearby. Nice fitness center(not 2 treadmills in closet space) actually has nice free weights and machines. Rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is great! Good options for vegetarians

By no means does this 2 star review reflect the service at this hotel. I just can’t see myself giving any hotel in Ohio a rating better than 3 seeing that I’m a die hard Michigan fan and being in the lions den is akin to hell. That said, the reason it doesn’t get 3 stars is because it doesn’t have room service — not really the fault of this hotel, it’s just the way it is. But I digress, the service is great, the gym respectable, the complimentary breakfast a very nice bonus. Overall, a nice experience but I really, REALLY, can’t wait to get out of Columbus. GOBLUE.

There is no one more fussy about hotels than me. Never usually stay at hotels like Hampton Inn. This one is really nice, only four years old, and very clean. Well located. Will stay next time in the area

What you expect from a Hampton Inn — will definitely stay again if in the area. Several nearby Cameron Mitchell restaurants to try. My fav is Marcella’s, which is Italian. And you must try Pei Wei if you love Asian food — yum!

Nothing special. The amenities off-set the price of the boring rooms. Seriously, for these prices, the rooms should be more inviting, or at least have a fridge/microwave. Turning left out of the parking lot at pretty much any time of the day will involve long waits as the traffic is bumper to bumper.
