Quest Conference Center

I recently needed to plan a meeting for 75 people and having driven past the Qwest Conference Center a thousand times, I decided to give them a try. The folks at Qwest coordinated a continental breakfast for 75 in a room on the 1^st floor and then we moved to a large comfortable room on the 2^nd floor for our meeting. They then coordinated lunch (catered by the Polaris Grill) in a room adjacent to our meeting room. This site has everything you need for a successful meeting. They provided all of the set-​up, breakfast, lunch, projection equipment, and a podium and sound system. They were very easy to work with and were able to accommodate all of our meeting requirements. The facility has a variety of rooms to accommodate different sizes of meetings and different set-​ups. We had a very successful meeting at Qwest.

I presented here twice in the past week. The facility is very nice, with presentation rooms of varying sizes and areas in the hallway where you can gather during breaks. Even though many presentations were going on at the same time, you never heard any of the other presentations so it seems like the sound-​proofing is adequate. The facility is very clean and the bathrooms are very nice and very well-​kept. My colleague commented on how impressed she was that there was mouthwash in the bathroom!
The staff was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed (loaning us markers, helping us with AV, helping us set up binders at the sign-​in table). The staff was extremely prompt in attending to our needs and friendly the whole time.
The front desk also sells snacks and drinks, which is extremely convenient. The Quest Business Center, located in Polaris, is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and fast food places so it is very easy to find food during lunch breaks.
I cannot comment on cost, since I was only a presenter, but I’d highly recommend considering Quest when renting a facility.

Excellent facility for hosting meetings. The staff are very courteous and helpful, never will you hear «that’s not my job». They take care of all the details and make my job of hosting meetings easier. Also, they contract with Polaris grill for lunches and dinner who have excellent food.
