Been a customer for years. Sometimes every two weeks for months, sometimes once a month.
Recently moved across town and STILL visit this location out of loyalty until now.
Called 10 mins ahead as I was on my way across town, to ask if they were busy (how many ppl waiting)
I was told not at all and none. But when I arrived it was packed with two women in the pedi spas, two women at nail booths, two women picking out colors and one woman waiting to be seen. I had to leave, by that time it was rush hour and I wasn’t able to make it to another salon in time before my engagement.
It’s unfortunate that whomever answered the phone wasn’t honest

My nails looked great after my gel polish. But didn’t last but one week! And I think it’s because she didn’t do it like other places! No base color and top coat! Use to go here all the time back in the day but never again! $ 20 plus a tip just isn’t worth it!

I’ve been here a few times and I love it. They have the cheapest gel manicures in town. The only reason I gave her 4 stars is because she uses a machine buffer to get old gel polish off which damages nails but overall, I’ve very satisfied.

On a Sunday around 1pm there was only one person working. The employee was already doing someone’s manicure. She said «It’d be a few minutes,» but I waited ten minutes. Some places will at least start the water for you but not this place. I went to Nail Envy instead!

I love this place — the owners are the nicest married couple you’ve ever met and the quality is great.
Look — it’s in a strip mall next to a Kroger. If you’re looking for the relaxation that comes with a Day Spa, you’re not going to find it here — but if you’re looking for a good quality manicure for a price you can’t beat, this is your spot!
I love their gel manicures — and they’re only $ 25 — that’s about $ 15 less than every other salon in town.
Also, the first time time I got my nails done here, I got engaged the next day. SO, the moral of the story is… Go here, and you will be rewarded with diamonds! :)

It got the job done. Didn’t seem very sanitary but the did do a good job on my pedicure and my friends’ manicures. I would return if I was in a hurry but probably not going to be my regular nail salon.
