I have always thought that «hole in the wall spots» have the best food. In almost every city that I’ve ever visited, some of my most memorable dining experiences have come from little «shotgun» restaurants that sometimes, aren’t in the best part of town. This place is no different. There are a few fish and chicken places in Columbus that I’m starting to believe are owned by the same people because a lot of the menu items are similar. But the wonderful thing is, they are all good. The menu selection is good, the beans are excellent and the french fries are to die for. My only knock against this place is that there is no dining area at all so, the plates are to go and it’s just a tad bit pricey for that part of town and the food that you’re ordering. But other than that it’s a must visit!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! Their chicken tenders are so good with the homemade hot sauce! I can’t wait to try more food from their menu!

Great place. The breading on the chicken tenders could be a little firmer; as it is, it’s a little on the soft side for me and falls off. But the chicken is very well-marinaded, and the fries are nicely seasoned.
More to the point, the food is cheap and you get a lot of it. 10 chicken tenders, two orders of fries, and baked beans came to just over $ 20, and there was enough food that two of us ate it for lunch and dinner.
I’ll be back for more. Curious to see how their chicken gizzards are.
