Such a horrible customer service. I was helped by this lady named Wally and that was the worst customer service I ever experienced. Never going back again.

Shoe selection is good but employees don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. I came in with a picture of what I wanted to purchase and was told to wait in line to see if it was available for online order. I was told that it was sold out online and that a size 12 was only available in store so I asked if the woman was able to look up the closest store that had it in stock. I was sent to Tuttle where an employee told me that they didn’t have the item in a size 12. I asked if it was available online and my sales associate at Tuttle, Deon, said yes. He was able to order and ship me the item I needed within four minutes. So why the hell couldn’t the overweight blonde at Easton do the same thing? Why did she send me on a wild goose chase? I will admit that the shoe selection at Easton is great but how are you going to find a product you like when the employees don’t know their thumbs from their asses.

L O V E this shoe store. HUGE selection of shoes & apparel. They have sizes for infants all the way up to adults (male & female).
One of the best places in Columbus to go for tennis shoes (sneakers, whatever).
